I stopped off at this Baskin-Robbins to get ice cream on this Hot August day. As I was waiting for my ice cream I was looking at the donuts and bagels . All of a sudden I see a mouse walking around in the tray of bagels. I couldn't believe it I stood there and stared at this mouse in the food which people are going to buy and eat. I told one of the people who works there about it and he called somebody over to go look and he said he didn't see anything and that was it. I saw the manager and told him and he basically shrugged his shoulders. The tray of bagels was not removed and neither was any of the other food. Clearly this is a health violation. I understand there's going to be mice and insects and other things associated with food but clearly this store didn't seem to give a darn about anything that was going on in their store or more importantly the safety of their customers. I was trying to be nice and said what was going on in a low voice but maybe if I shouted it maybe then they would have gotten rid of the food and did something about the problem. Now customers are going to come in and buy what is in the trays not knowing a mouse was prancing around in the food they just bought. Hopefully this review will alert people about what is going on in this restaurant and I will be calling the health...

I ordered online and when I get to the store after driving 20 minutes to get there, Iām told that they only have one flavor out of the four that I ordered and they had none of the toppings that I requested the girl on the register Has attitude and keeps telling me what else can I get you. Not only did I not get what I wanted. I paid full price for it and of course thereās no manager on site that can assist this is piss poor service. items on your website should be available or they should not be on your website for customer to order and then get disappointed when they arrive. They donāt deserve the one star that Iām giving them. Get it together Baskin Robbins! Cold stones is right down...

Not sure if she is a crew member or manager but Jessica or āJessā provided the worst customer service. She was flat out unpleasant to the customers in front of us and to me and my niece. When it was my turn she was rushing to take my order, wouldnāt even let me finish my sentence before sheās asking me something else. Not sure why she was rushing me when my order took over 20 minutes for 2 little hash brown cups. I get we all have bad days but if you hate your job then quit cause at the end of day you are in customer service and thatās how you drive...
