Taco Bell — Restaurant in Maryland

I like to stop by Taco Bell from time to time for breakfast to grab a burrito or a crunch wrapbut the biggest problem I have with this particular Taco Bell is that they never make the portions properly. I ordered a breakfast burrito and it’s like they just stack stuff on top of each other without even spreading out the toppings so you’ll get a ton of eggs in one part and all the meat down at the bottom I don’t understand what they learned how to make burritos or do they not pay attention to training to show that you should mix everything up together so that you can get the taste with every bite

This is not only with the breakfast burritos, but also with some of the other burritos they make for lunch and dinner time they always pow the meat down at the bottom rather than spreading it out so you don’t actually get to eat the meat with the entire burrito, it’s very annoying. Unfortunately, this is the closest Taco Bell to my house so if I want it made right, I may have to venture a little bit further.

We were out late so decided to stop for fast food. I haven't been to a Taco Bell in years, so we stopped and got a crunch wrap, crunchy beef tacos, and beef and bean burritos. We are both over 60, and fast food is out of the norm for us. But those delightful tacos, burritos and crunch wraps were AMAZING! Loved the food, loved the difference, and loved enjoying the late night, fast food experience.

Stopped by around lunch time 3/21. The store, while neat and clean and well staffed, was about 90°. Maybe the heat was broke, I don't know. I ordered using the big cell phone looking thing, and when I was finished with the order and ready to check out, it crashed. So I ordered the old fashioned way at the counter. I came in about a week prior and was served a taco that had beef on it after I ordered on the app and made sure that it was completely vegan, as I am a vegan. I took one bite into the taco and realized there had been a mistake so I went back and the manager at the time had apologized and gave me a coupon for a free taco on my next visit. I come in today & stand in line for about 5minutes and after I got tired of waiting, I decided to go through the drive-through instead, which turned out to be a little bit faster. When I attempted to use the coupon I was told no , By the new manager, who was not kind at all. Her explanation was simply that she’s the new manager and she’s not going to do that because I had added a few different modifications as I stated because I was vegan.
