Door DASH turns your food to TRASH!

If PAPA JOHNS is now using them as subcontractors for delivery, that legally breaks the chain of custody in violation of Maryland Health Code. Yes, the broken Seal is being reported.

Had I known that Door DASH was being used, I wouldn't even place the order. That how bad the company’s reputation is in Montgomery County, MD.

I tend to order when there is a 50% off promo code. When you get the XL-Size, it's an easy way to have enough for everyone, and this location has been pretty consistent with the quality. My only critique would be that they should have more 50% promo codes; this last year, there's only been one or two, as opposed to prior years where you averaged at least one per month.

Since the lock down, this store has gradually improved the product, because the focus is now strictly upon food safety. This is welcome and appreciated. As this also improves the flavor and presentation, it's nice to know that when you order from this location, you expect a better pizza.

When there has ever been an issue, a phone call fixes...

IM SORRY I HAVE TO PUT THIS IN ALL CAPS BUT THIS IS THE MOST GHETTO AND CRAZY PIZZA PLACE IVE EVER ORDERED FROM AND I RECORDED THE PHONE CALL THANK GOD. THE DELIVERY DRIVER TEXTS ME WHILE PARKED AT THE TOP OF MY STREET LIKE HE IS HOLDING MY PIZZA HOSTAGE AND SENDS ME THE SCREEN SHOT TEXTS BELOW 🤦🏾‍♂️(I gave a $10 tip also the rest of my cash until tomorrow)…..I INSTANTLY GET SHOCKED/CONFUSED AND CALL PAPA JOHNS TO CANCEL THE ORDER ….THE PROCLAIMED MANAGER ASKED ME WHY INWANTED TO CANCEL AND I TOLD HER WHAT THE DELIVERY DRIVER IS TEXTING ME….SHE THEN SCREAMS AT ME IN DEFENSE SAYING THAT “SHE” ISNT DOING THAT 🫤…..I HAD TO SCREAM OVER HER TO CALM HER DOWN AND TELL HER THAT I AM TALKING ABOUT THE DELIVERY DRIVER (LIKE SHE ASKED 🤨) BUT MAYBE OUTTA EMBARRASSMENT SHE KEPT SCREAMING WHILE FAKE VICTIMIZING HERSELF AND WHILE THIS IS GOING ON THE DELIVERY DRIVER THEN DRIVES UP AND RUNS TO MY DOOR…..I LET THE 2 SPEAK AND IT ENDED …..I ASKED HER IF SHE NEEDS ANY OTHER INFO, SHE SAYS “NO I WONT BE DOING ANYTHING FOR YOU” AND HANGS UP.

There is no way that’s a manager but I am guessing she did not process my refund they kept my money….i would have to ask a lawyer next week what steps am I forced to take and go from there. I highly doubt not recommend this papa...

I am disheartened and worried about my child's health and future well being. I ordered a pizza yesterday and upon MY 4 YEAR OLD SON, eating a single slice of pizza, I saw that there was a DEAD ROACH COOK inside the pizza slice itself. My 4 year old child and I should not be placed in harms way with negligence towards hygienic and standard practices of cleanliness held by the PapaJohns. We only wanted to enjoy a pizza, we weren't looking to create a problem or play victim.

This raises concerns for myself all other customers who eat delivered pizza from this location. Why were the storing facilities and or other practices that were in place to ensure a healthy and up to protocol food serving standards not met? How did NO ONE notice a LARGE roach INSIDE the pizza. Why was no empathy or general concern offered even by phone when discussing this situation with the manager. I am not angry, I am worried and uncomfortable with how this has been handled
