Are you kidding... These folks who are rating 5 stars must either being bribed or payed off! Or friends of employees that are writing reviews.
I mean were do I begin... Well let's start with entering the parking lot... "FILTHY" and that's being nice. Entering the restaurant on my visit was like "Moses walking on water" some sorta water main or pipe break or leak. Very unsafe. Now let's begin with technology Since when did Burger King partner up with Sheetz this is a Fast food family restaurant or so I thought! The kiosk system is very confusing and it's not easy if your and elder or wanting something removed from your sandwich or meal. I mean let's face it there are more employees then kiosks so why not have both for convenience to others who aren't up to speed on technology.
Let's talk service That's a "JOKE" No one hear ever smiles or attempts to at all or so much as look at you they worry more about drive thru or there cell phones. Because they all wear Headsets I guess that's supposed to make them look important. I usually go there in morning just for coffee and a sausage and cheese biscuit... Woooooow! It's like spending half the day waiting for just 2 items!
I know I could go else where and I'm not going there for the ambiance that's for sure! But it's Burger 👑 a childhood restaurant! And Icon!
But man I guess Customer Service went out the window when Cell phones (Smartphone) were invented! Everyone there has a cellphone sticking out of there back pocket. No one there takes their job seriously. "But like the old saying goes... A Fish Spoiles from the head down."
You know let's not go there with even the Friggin' smell of there Restrooms and Cleanliness! "Awefull, Stinks, Pee U! I mean Bottom line ( They smell like SH@$?*!)
And let's not forget how manegment let's there employees sit in the same dining room as customers and eat there meals and all they do is Talk, talk, talk and always in Spanish. I mean I think it's RUDE.(I mean I'm of Mediterranean decent and Speak a foreign language But NEVER in front of my customers) Very, very UNPROFESSIONAL! But I guess... Blame it on Rio! (Management) So if you go in and see a bunch of Employees sitting in there round booth.... "Run for the hills" You won't be able to enjoy your meal or be able to concentrate on your conversation with others! What a JOKE!
Bull Doze the place and build an ARBY'S or Long John Silvers!

Read moreI went to this location this morning and went through drive. I placed a order for three items and was charged $6.33 .I didn’t receive one of my items. So I went inside and let the lady know that I did not receive. she tried to state that she did not charge me for this item and I asked her could she pull my order up. The only Vanessa told me she could not pull my order up and I need to go find my receipt. Right there that is terrible customer service and I used to work for Burger King so I know you can pull up orders and check for Customer‘s order on your screen. So after I stated that I wanted to speak to the manager several times she would not go get him so I went to my vehicle to retrieve my receipt when I brought it back to her I showed her that she charged me for this item but she said she did not and I wanted a refund for my previous order and that order because I ordered the same thing minus The one item that made the price difference she was rude going back-and-forth arguing I was very frustrated because I am with child and I’m trying to feed my children at the same time instead of providing customer service and looking up my order and saying that she did charge me and provide that item to me on top of giving me my current order she just wanted to be correct and setting a bad example for her employees and when the manager came she tried to tell him what happened and I told him these two minus one item that made the price difference are the same and I told her that she charge me for it and she tried to argue with me that she didn’t and made me walk to my car to find my receipt and then when processing my first refund she lost my bank card and then the manager finish the other return this location may have been remodeled but the employees lack customer service respect I used to work in food service I always give respect but I will not be disrespected the young lady Vanessa needs to be held accountable for her actions they let them get away...
Read moreinside as I stood there not one person asked if I needed help or even acknowledged that I was there. Due to the new screen where you can place your order. I went to college and i am NOT a cashier. It is not my job to place my order. I would really like to see someone that works at the store. Smile ask me for my order give me options etc. Then hand me my food with a smile and tell me to have a great day. I will never ever ever use a nasty disgusting touch screen machine. That for one is not sanitary. Who knows where the last persons hands were that touched it this is how illnesses spread. So I go back to the drive thru this time it is moving at a decent speed. The girl all but tossed my food into my car and says thank you. Then when she hands my drink will not even extend her arm to hand it out. I tell her I can only reach so far with no luck I had to open my door and of course I was so close that it slammed into the wall leaving paint on my car. What happend to service with a smile to keep me coming back for more. I get my food the fries have no salt on them at all I say okay thats fine it's better for me anyway. Open my greasy chicken sandwich to find it has a very old grease taste like the fryer has not been cleaned in months. Anyway enough of my rant just a very upset customer. Next time i want chicken i will probably go to...
