On Saturday, November 9th, was my first time visiting this location, and my experience started out eventful but ended terrifying. The ball pit is a death trap. My 4-year-old daughter got hurt while playing in one of the ball pits filled with soft, plushy squares. My children, their friend, and I arrived quarter to 6 and made an abrupt exit about 10 pm because my daughter hit her lower lip on a hard, dangerous object beneath the soft squares in the ball pit. Prior to that, she scraped her toe. After the first incident, she limped to the table where I sat watching from afar as my children and their friend played safely. I had to bandage her toe before allowing her to continue playing. For the second incident, I was in dismay when my daughter was escorted back to me by her older sister and their friend, who explained to me how she became hurt. Her lower lip bled profusely, and she had gash followed by a knot around the wound. I immediately notified skyzone staff to make them aware of what happened, and one of the staff informed me that she had recovered from lost electronics found beneath the squares in the ball pit due to guests refusing to adhere to the rules prohibiting any large, sharp, hazardous, or potentially unsafe objects within the play area of the indoor playground facility. This unforeseen information does not constitute guest at-risk liability for injuries sustained inside of the establishment. I was motified seeing my 4-year-old daughter bleeding from the mouth, and it turned my children and their friend's fun night into horror. This is something a parent never anticipates happening at an indoor playground. I will never refer my friends and family at this location again, much less myself visiting.

I don't typically leave reviews, but I feel obligated to leave one to warn other parents, especially those with younger children. This trampoline park has several red flags. I have taken my young kids twice, both during weekday mornings during Little Leapers hours. THEY DO NOT HONOR THIS even though it is advertised on their website. The woman at the front told me that they only advertise it to draw in more younger kids but that they don't turn anyone away. They even booked 2 high school groups during this time. This is intentionally misleading. Secondly, the trampolines are not maintained, and both times, there were broken trampolines that would cause serious injury and that were not properly restricted. One only had some flimsy pieces of caution tape across the trampoline, and the other had one line rope at the entry that doesn't prevent any child from running through or under it. The padding is loose in several other areas. Thirdly, no one was manning the front, and I had to hunt down an employee both times to obtain a wrist band. I got a summer membership online, but I regret it because the front desk woman tries not to honor it every time. The first time I went, she couldn't find my membership or waiver forms and it was a 15-minute ordeal to get the wrist bands. The second time I went, she told me the membership doesn't start until June. This is also not what is advertised on the website.

I am writing this review hoping to help others. Usually I am not a person to comment but this time it is an exception because we are so disappointed. We have our daughters 7th birthday party at Skyzone, Gaithersburg on April 17th and it was a total disaster. We took the package that is highest price and accommodates 20 kids. As we want to offer food for our adult guests I made couple of calls before and ordered the food. Also when I talked to them I asked if all the 20 kids doesn't show up what you do. The representative told me they will give a store credit for future use. I thought all was OK. When we went there the initial receiving was OK. And once the kids went to play area there is no guided representative to guide them(which is promised) and staff was very lack luster...zero enthusiasm. They are behaving as if they no at all interested. For god sake a 7yr old expects enthusiasm on her birthday so does the kids who are small ..they were looking for some fun and they felt so unhappy as there is no one to cheer them up. Then Party room is a TOTAL disaster. The guy who came to help us..he didn't even serve the food or anything. Me other moms served the food and drinks. He was like going out and coming NOT paying ANY attention to the party guests. We were so disappointed. Not ONLY us ..the party guests felt the same thing they were wondering why this guy is not at all doing anything. NO one to sing party song and make some funny things to cheer up the kids. I hope you understand why I am wring a big review. Totally it was a bummer party and we are not happy at all. Wish I would have chosen some place where there is some fun and respect to their customers. Billing is another thing...you need to be very careful as they charge more. When we are coming out they said when you select a package you need to pay all the money disregard of number of kids showed up and no store credit. Which was total opposite of a statement they stated when I booked the party. It is not even worth giving any star. Too sad we planned our daughters special day here and the lack luster staff made sure...

BUYER BEWARE! THIS PLACE WILL NOT LET YOU CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP!

Although this place was fun for the kids, their management system is atrocious! I initially signed up for the monthly pass, which the rep assured me could be cancelled within a month. I thought that's a great deal for a month so I went for it. Two weeks later, I call in to cancel, and the rep answering the phone confirmed my cancellation.

A month after my initial sign-up date, I get a charge on my credit card. I called back to inquire, but apparently, only managers are able to handle questions w/ memberships, and none were on site. I was told a manager would call me back when available. After waiting for almost a week, I did not get a call so I reached out again, to no avail - no manager on site. It was finally on my third try that a manager was available, this was almost 6 weeks after my initial sign-up date. The manager told me that they are not able to refund purchases but they are able to offer me passes and such. I told them this was ridiculous and they need to refund my money but they were adamant. I told them to MAKE SURE my membership is cancelled and stop charging me in the future. Then, I called back the next day to confirm and a rep said my membership was "pending cancellation". I then opened up a dispute with my cc company to get the previous charge taken off.

Fast forward to today, 2 months after my initial sign-up date, and I get ANOTHER CHARGE! At this point I'm furious and call them and ask what is going on. The rep again said my membership is "pending cancellation" - mind you this is almost 3 weeks after the last time they said this. Once again, no manager on site to speak to about this. How long am I going to have to go through this song and dance before I can stop being charged?

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE MEMBERSHIP OR YOU...

I will never go back to this place. The management is poor, and the location is managed by inexperienced, unethical, and rude teenagers. My two children, ages 9 and 5, have had a membership and were enjoying time at Sky Zone until today. My sons were bullied, aggressively harassed, and repeatedly cursed at by eight unsupervised and underaged kids who told me that their parents went to the grocery store. I reported this to the manager, who told me they would not do anything. Eight children who appeared to be under ten years of age, without any adults in the building looking after them, continued to harass my children and me repeatedly. It was funny to them to call an adult woman and two of her scared children funny names and curse at them. I will not go into the details of how their mother approached me as I ran out of patience and was leaving (she showed up 1 hour later). Still, I will tell you that I have never been publically discriminated against and humiliated for being foreign and having an accent. The woman was waving her hand and cursing so loud that I thought she would physically assault me. My older son got very scared and ran outside. I grabbed my other son and ran after him. I am sick to my stomach that my two children have had to witness such a thing in a family-friendly place of business. For god sake, we've hosted our son's birthday party at this location. What happened to this place? I was begging stuff and management several times today for help, and they refused to do anything. Is it even aligned with a sky zone policy to have unsupervised minors jumping on the trampolines? I won't be surprised such "reliable staff members" will run this location out of business. I know that my other three family friends and I are canceling our monthly...
