Horrible Service. We tried to place a delivery order through the BugerFi Website for Sunday and when I clicked Order, it switched the delivery date to Monday for some reason. Their website is kind of janky and kept resetting and not working properly the whole ordering process. I immediately tried to call the restaurant and the phone number doesn't work. Tried multiple times from different phones and the message said it is disconnected every time. We tried the phone number on google, yelp, and the BurgerFi websites (for some reason there are different ones listed) and none of them worked. There is no corporate phone number listed on the website.
The "feedback" link at the bottom of the confirmation email is broken and doesn't go anywhere. The "We Care" link on the receipt doesn't work either.
We ended up ordering the same thing through UberEats because we still wanted the food for dinner Sunday (even though every item on uber eats is $2-3 more expensive than in store). That service was fine and quick.
There is no way to email the specific store and only a contact form on the website that says they will get back to you in 2-3 days. So we tried to do that to request to cancel the order.
Come Monday night, we get a text message that our delivery is on the way through Door Dash. I guess even though you order through the website they 3rd party the delivery service. So, we called the 'dasher' to say that we do not want the order. They have no way of refunding it because it wasn't through Door Dash so we asked them to just cancel it because we don't need the food a whole day after we ordered it. They tried to get in touch with the restaurant but were told there was 'no manager on duty' and they couldn't do anything, but they ended up cancelling the delivery so not to waste the food. 5 minutes later we get another text message from Uber Eats saying they will be delivering the order. Tried calling them but the guy didn't speak English and ended up delivering the food for the 2nd night in a row. All of this time, the phone number still doesn't work and there is no way to email anyone except through the contact us page, which still has had no response.
So the end is that we got two identical orders of food two days in a row because their website was messed up and there was no way to contact anyone in person there to try to cancel it. Honestly wouldn't be too bad to get double the food, except the food is not very good. Fries were soggy and greasy. Burgers tasted like cardboard and chicken tenders tasted like they were frozen grocery store brand. Avoid this place like the plague.
EDIT: To respond to the restaurant response, I did email that address 3 days ago before I wrote the review with no response. Phone number is still disconnected, and no one has responded in 5 days to any emails or online contact us forms since the order was placed. But you still had time to respond to google reviews and make Instagram posts during that time. Shows where the...
Read moreWe shared with the cashier that this was our first visit ever to a BurgerFi and she reviewed the menu for us and with enthusiasm shared about their "Thursday special". She did such a great job that I didn't even have to think about what to order. I went with the double cheeseburger, fries and a beer special for $10!!! The two patties were fresh, juicy and loaded with flavor. The cheese, tomato, lettuce and BurgerFi sauce (a ketchup and Mayo concoction) were in a fresh bun stamped with "BurgerFi". Nice touch! The fries were fresh and plentiful. We had a choice of 6 beers on tap (lite, IPO, blonde, lager and dark). The restaurant was clean including the restroom! The employees were friendly and looked happy to be there. We sat in their patio area and one of the staff came by shortly after we picked up our order to ask if everything was ok. Then later the manager, Steve, came out to greet us and ask how everything was and if we needed anything. He stopped by to collect our tray and thanked us for coming in. WOW!!!! How refreshing! Btw, both the employee and Steve interacted with all the guests this way. We talked for a little bit with Steve and I shared that the reason we came in is because Dr. Axe (he helps people like me learn to live a healthier lifestyle with his online newsletters) recommends the BurgerFi chain because of the antibiotic-free, hormone-free Angus meat BurgerFi uses. I definitely recommend this BurgerFi. We are looking forward to our next BurgerFi meal and Steve suggests we have the custard ice cream next time. Sounds...
Read moreI visited this Burgerfi location on March 28. I was the last customer, and was really looking forward to trying their food. Most places are closed after 9:00pm, so I appreciated that they were still open at this hour. I ordered their onion rings chicken sandwich and a BFi Cheese burger. They had already started cleaning, and the gentleman mopping the floor kept the same plastic gloves on when he packed my food. This disturbed me, but I was willing to forgive this. I'm sure the guy was very tired. I grew up working in restaurants in New York City, it's not easy work.
I got in my car and was eager to try their food. Everything was great until I started eating my cheese burger. I took about three bites, and on the third bite I bit into something very hard that crunched and shot a sharp pain through my jaw. The sound of crunch and the pain scared me, it felt and sounded like I had broken a tooth. When I bit down it felt like my jaw was out of alignment. Every time I tried to bite down my back teeth came down on somethin hard sticking up. I used my cell phone to take a picture, and very clearly between two molars was white object sticking up. I ended up in the emergency room where they pulled a nice sized bone from between my teeth. Since then I've had pain in my jaw and my bite is feels out of alignment. Nothing like this has ever happened to me. You should not have to worry about being injured by foreign objects in your...
