My first time here I ordered a triple decker ice cream sandwich with a cookie on top and bottom and a brownie in the middle...and let me tell you it was delicious. The cookies are chewy and soft, and the ice cream is soooo good! I have yet to be disappointed with the ice cream and cookies here. My only issue with this place is that the customer service is very hit or miss. It's a bunch of teenagers working here so I guess that is to be expected. Last time I came here, we walked up to the window and every single person in there was so immersed in their phones they did not even notice us. I had to knock on the window to get their attention and instead of being apologetic or like "oops, we didnt see you," they acted like we interrupted them! Like, how dare we come get ice cream while they are busy on their phones! We both thought it was really strange and at the end I asked the guy to add cookies to my order and he was super rude, like it was such an inconvenience to put some cookies in a bag. So I just said forget it, I'll take my cookie sandwich and go. I really love the ice cream sandwiches and will be back, but my last experience there was pretty offputting. It was just such a strange way to deal with customers. At least we both enjoyed our sandwich! I recommend to get it hot pressed! SoO a family member had a Dentist appointment anSd I took the opportunity to cross this place off my bucket list. It was a lovely Daaaay too hot to sit outside, so after looking around it was across the street next to The L.L Bean store. I walked just in awe because I've only seen the pictures of the ice cream sandwiches on my social media and swore One day lol. so that day was today!!!!!!!!! The Cashier/Worker Amada was very pleasant and helpful even before I told her I've never been here, soOoO many options from the Top to the Bottom toppings to ice cream, mind you they don't have basic flavors really which was fine. Amada explained everything to me and answered every question. Her customer service was good, I ordered the Blackberry Crumble which tasted like a heavenly crafted cheesecake with sweet blackberries. Also for myself I ordered the Salted caramel fudge ice cream with a Gooey Butter Cake in cookie Form!!!!! Sooo bomb and with a little bit of melted ice cream Yasssssss all the way.
