C K Seafood Inc — Restaurant in Maryland

Orders from here for first time . Never again I ordered 2 doz med male and 1 doz female med. After cracking open 10 crabs 6 male And 4 female . I found that the meat was all mushy. This means they were booked or basically dead when they cooked them. . I called to express my concern and how I order crabs all the time and this is the first time I ordered from them and I was dissatisfied. The lady on phone said we make you more. I said I can bring them back she said I don't care what you do. So I went back up there after throwing away old crabs . When I get there they lady lied and said she didn't say that. So not only did they lie to me over the phone and insisted I go get the old crabs. The owner Ried to convince me that lump crab meat is ok when its soft and mushy. I don't know should it be that im African American. Hummm. Poor service bad crabs. And most of all the integrity of the employee working there lied about what she told me. If I'm lied to and in the process being called a lier then I just can't support this establishment. I cut my losses and just will never patronize this establishment and definitely let my friends and family...

I was skeptical trying this place out due to the mixed reviews. But I really had a taste for crabs and didn’t want to drive far from my home in Burtonsville. When I arrived it was completely empty which made me even more nervous. The guy that greeted me was enthusiastic and friendly. He sold me a dozen male regular for $35 which isn’t a bad deal.
