Taco Mex — Restaurant in Maryland

The whole staff is really unprofessional I’m not the kind of people who usually gives bad reviews but this one time they were the worts the could, not any attention at all , during the call because I order TOGO. She hanged my call and I had to call back to ask 1 how long would it take 2 how much would it be 3 know if she places the order because she never say anything not even a thanks and it’s not due to a language barrier because I speak fluent Spanish.

Once I went there and the server was really drunk and just started cursing saying random thinks in Spanish and she start recording and she recorded me and I ask them to tell her to delete that after that I just left

Bad service. I went there for carry out with my friend. At first, we were ignored when we wanted to order. When approximately 35 minutes had passed, I spoke up to ask about the food since a lot of time had passed and the place was relatively empty. When I had asked a server about the food she disappeared for another 10 minutes. By this time about 50 had passed and then my friend decided to ask for a refund. She was met back with an attitude and was told that refunds were not allowed and that our food was ready. By the time 55 minutes had passed we received our food. I would have liked to say at the very least that the wait was worth it with the food, but sadly that's not the case. I came in and sat at the bar and one of the waiters asked me did I need a menu? I told her yes and then she went to the back a few seconds later I guess the manager came to me and asked me what did I want and I said, a menu then I asked her could I get a margarita and she said “oh the margaritas are $10-$50, they’re expensive the bar around the corner has six dollar margaritas.” I didn’t ask her the price of the margaritas and I was expecting to pay at least $10 for a margarita.
