Cameron's Seafood — Restaurant in Maryland

I was ONLY going to leave a review through door dash but after calling to inform the “manager” of what happened just for future reference and he told me it wasn’t possible I knew I had to say something to avoid someone getting majorly sick.🤢

I am EXTREMELY disgusted and sick to my stomach. Starting off in the corner of one of the white ketchup packets it was CHEWED open. Just a small section but big enough to spill all over the floor. Praying it is not contaminated as my Son licked some of it before I could clean it and throw away all the sauces.

That should have been a sign smh. What made me throw my crab cake sub his crab cake sandwich and my lobster bisque = $80 of food away is bc my sub had MOLD on the back of it. I had ate some and now am sick to my stomach. I threw all the food away but not before taking pictures.

I immediately made a review via door dash and made a complaint. I simply called Cameron’s Seafood on Central Ave just to inform the “manager” When I called and asked to speak to the manager the gentleman that answered the phone said “uuuuuhhhh I’m the manager” I told him what happened and he said “thats not possible for the ketchup to be opened” and that they’d need to see the food. Fair on the food but when I told him I had pictures he kept saying it’s not possible. I just wanted to give them a courtesy before someone leaves there very sick but he did not care at all.

Shame on you for no accountability or care for repeat customers OR more importantly their safety. So sad so disappointed so disgusting. Will NEVER order from here nor another Cameron’s Seafood as this experience...

As I entered the place the first thing that struck me was how clean it was, I mean G I clean emaciate. What threw me off after that was the supposed store manager in a Cameroon seafood shirt very loud and obnoxious. I actually witnessed him untaped a box for no reason and tape it back up I don't know what he was doing but it looked like not standard procedure. Then when he engaged me as we were talking he was eating and food was falling outta his mouth ( check the camera 10/06/22 some time between 3:30 and 6:45) I was the gentleman with the cane. The lady who took my order and the cook in the back of the house were awesome and she got my order correct. Now there was another incident with the gentleman,(the supposed manager) a woman walked in she was about 6feet beautiful African American Queen after she gave her order and she left, he made more then one unsuitable comments about her and the staff laughed. I will never spend another dollar in there for that fact because black dollars matter and every customer should be treated with some type of respect. The woman will never know but I do and it's an unforgivable thing to have manager or whom ever he is to do that even if she never heard anything I did and quite possibly my family members or I could be next. NO I'LL SPEND MY DOLLARS ELSEWHERE AND ANYONE OF COLOR SHOULD TO. BESIDES THE FOOD I RECEIVED WAS BLAND...

I ordered a half of a bushel of large female crabs to be delivered to my home in Ohio. When I received them they were packed well! I was extremely impressed at the attention to detail Cameron's put in to assuring that my crabs did not spoil. They were bubble wrapped with five large dry ice packs encased in a very thick styrofoam cooler. Unfortunately, when I saw the crabs I was not pleased at all. I am keenly aware that crabs size and weight can be very subjective, but in my estimation very few people would disagree with my conclusion. I am also aware that females crabs are generally smaller in size. Having said that, half of these crabs were medium in size, at best. The rest of them were small and probably should have never been taken out of the water. Ten of them were severely cracked!! As far as the taste is concerned I have no complaints!! They were very tasty. In conclusion as an recently transplanted native Baltimorean I will NOT be ordering from Cameron's again. I clearly believe I did not receive...
