Captain Trey's Crabs & Seafood Carry Out — Restaurant in Maryland

Well let me say that the crabs are really good and my fiancé loves them as well. We have been going here for a while but I have to say I had one bad experience that turned us off a lil. We ordered crabs 2 dozen small and we got there they had ring us up 2 dozen medium which are higher of course. I told them the girl ring them up wrong and it probably was a honest mistake. But instead of them saying oh we sorry we will just give you the medium 2 dozen for the price of the small…. No they made us wait extra 15 minutes. I think if that was on there part and you made the mistake… as a good business you should just honored the medium dozen for the small price because that’s what keep customers coming back …: good customer service. Like I said good crabs but bad customer...

I ordered 2lbs of jumbo shrimp and 2doz clams. The shrimp are good, but the clams are all bad. Open and will not shut, right out of the bag. They were packed in ice and driven straight home for dinner 20 min away. I called to let them know and the kind woman was about to give me a refund until the owner piped in and said that there is absolutely no way that they’re all bad and I would have to drive another 20min back to show proof. This is all over $16. It’s not the money, it’s the principle. I’ve never dealt with an owner so irresponsible. If I ate these clams and got me, my wife, and my toddler sick, I bet his tune would change. But instead I’ll avoid this place like the plague that it is and I would urge...

Today was my First time ever seeing this place as I was omw to Andy Nelson's. I been wanting Crabs since last week 😩..all day at work I was thinking about Crabs. The 2 places I usually go only had Small left. So I decided to settle for Bbq. Omg I am so Happy my Travels led me to your Door. I ordered a dozen of Medium Males (thats all you had left) I was in the Gray Nissan around 3:30 today..(Terri) Them Crabs were Absolutely DELICIOUS..and Meaty..I will definitely be back to get some Large and of course I can't wait to get a Fried Soft Crab Sandwich..Thank You, for Great Customer ServiceI appreciated it.
