It’s bad when you have to avoid a free service just to receive what you paid for. Even worse when you can only go certain times of the day to be treated well. This location has horrible customer service after 3pm. I ordered and picked up and I kid you not my bowls were smashed from top and bottom and thrown all sideways in the bag. I took them out and the woman at the window said she wouldn’t be making them over. She was the manager! I got into the long line and reordered my food and the line workers were upset that I was getting my food remade! One worker in particular was so bent out of shape with that solution that she refused to serve me. When my order came her way she stalled for a bit, I waited patiently and when she didn’t receive a reaction she moved over to the top of the line and started taking new orders. It went horrible, $44 paid to get hassled. When I repeated my condiments the lady (who obviously was overwhelmed) started fussing that I didn’t clarify that the sour cream went on the next bowl. I told her it’s ok and she argued that she will have to remake the bowl. I told her no just leave it that way but fix your attitude because this experience has been surreal. I asked for the corporate number at the register (after being asked to show proof I paid on the app) and was told to google it because they only have the store number on the receipt. It was my daughter’s idea to have chipotle for dinner, needless to say she isn’t allowed to suggest chipotle anymore after this experience. I refuse to support this location or it’s bad...
Read moreThis has to be the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Unfortunately, it's the one closest to me but after trying several times we will no longer go here. First of all it's extremely slow. There are often times they don't have your most common items (pinto beans, black beans, sour cream, etc). The specialty drink machines are most often empty. But most concerning is my most recent experience I always get a kids meal for my son... he doesn't eat anything with the shells so I always substitute the tortilla shells with rice. and when I say ALWAYS, I mean always. I never have a problem with it at other chipotle's and haven't had a problem with it at this Chipotle..until this weekend. I go through the line..they put the rice in the plate with the 3 sides and then when I get to the register they tell me I can't get the rice. that they were going to charge for rice as a side. I told them I didn't want to pay for extra for the rice, and that I was substituting the shells for the rice. Now mind you, the lady had already put the rice in the plate so clearly she thought it was okay...it wasn't until we got to the register where the other lady said it wasn't okay. In the end...she threw the entire plate away in my face... I mean seriously?? and even threw the rice away that she boxed up and told me I had to pay extra for. Please don't waste my time or energy...
Read moreHere on a usually busy Friday evening around 6:15. The team working was very courteous and friendly. However, they seemed inexperienced and were falling behind the demand and not keeping the line stocked. My husband ordered his salad first and there was hardly any salad left on the line as the young man working put the remainder of the green in my husband's bowl. He then proceeded to push the bowl to the next step in the line. The amount of greens was low enough that the bottom of the bowl was still visible. Rather than take the initiative to go and get more lettuce, he was going to leave it as acceptable. I asked him if there was more lettuce as I was going to be ordering a salad as well. He then left to get more lettuce but the point is that I had to ask. The same scenario then happened when my husband asked for steak in his bowl. They were going to pass the measly amount of steak as acceptable. Normally we have a great experience here hence the 3 stars but management ought to address this point with the staff: if an ingredient is low, it is not acceptable to pass the order down, take the initiative to get more of said ingredient and make it right. The customer should not have to ask and point out that an ingredient quantity was not...
