I wish i could give a zero!!! i don't normally write reviews, but I spend so much money at starbucks and never has an issue. This location is honestly so horrible, done mobile orders at other locations its always ready ( the whole point of this mobile ordering) this particular location NEVER has it ready, have been late to work numerous times because it takes 15 min to receive ONE DRINK when it should have been ready ??? then they get your order WRONG??? and its not like they are understaffed they have numerous people working but they are all so clueless and all over the place. Clearly management is lacking , because the staff isn't properly trained. Been to so many starbucks where there are 2 people working and they work faster than these 5 employees they have.
Lastly, I am a student and sometimes go in to do some homework. Why is the staff so loud, I feel like i am at the club. Singing, talking so loudly I can hear their whole conversation EVEN WITH HEADPHONES, I am sorry when I am doing my hw I dont want to hear about your tinder dates. At your busiest time, how do you not have change in your register for 5 dollars? Literally took her 5 minutes to ring a black coffee. I told her I’m going to have to leave because I’m not going to have time and she looked at me with all of her patients and said “okay” and continued doing what she was doing with the same patients. Read moreRude staff. I just left the store feeling very unpleased and disappointed with the service. The barista who prepared my drink has poor listening and customer service skills. I ordered a trenta dragonfruit refresher, NO WATER (mobile order). The barista diluted my drink with water and left out the ice. I have this drink at least once a week, so I knew it wasn't right after I tasted this one. It is likely that the barista got the "no water" mixed up with "no ice". However, she refused to replace my drink and her response was "I made the drink, I know what I did." I ended up had to reorder the exact same drink again.
