In my 10 + years in coming to this location ive never had a single issue with any staff or food quality. Until tonight! Yes I am a large man and I have always ordered an abnormally large burrito that is very difficult to roll. That is all fine and well but one thing that we do not do is give customers an attitude while doing so. The associate in question is Luisa. By far was of the rudest and most unpleasant person Ive had the pleasure with dealing with in a very time. Trust me I struggled moving this review from a 5 star to a one star because my statement is the reflection of one person. When I saw my burrito being rolled it literally broke apart and gushed out. She continued to roll in the foil like she didnt see it. Most would have grabbed another toritlla and just roll it up to prevent leakage (which would have been fine). When I asked her can she please reroll it she simply stated that " you order too much food, you should order a bowl". I did not want a bowl. I wanted a burrito. Can you please re roll it. She took my burrito and tossed it to the side so I waited patiently. Then she demanded that I pay for the buritto before they remake the order and I asked her can I watch the new one before I paid for it. She says " no you have to pay now " So I paid for it. Second one gets rolled and only have of the burrito was rolled in the foil. Rather than give it back I just asked the young lady (Luisa) for another piece of foil. She ignored my request. I asked again and she ignored me once again then one of the young ladies on the line brought me another piece. For a long time customer to be treated this poorly really struck a never the wrong way. God only knows how much Ive spent here over the years and he may just be alittle disappointed in the amount ive spend. What can I say , I loved Qdoba. Not any more. We are breaking up qdoba. I recently visited the Qdoba on Tech Road and had an overall good experience, though there were a few notable areas for improvement. The service I received was excellent and the staff were efficient, but my visit was marred by a lack of guidance regarding the ordering process.

It was my first time at Qdoba, and while I had an order on my phone to guide me, I was left to figure out the toppings and options on my own. The staff did not provide any instructions or suggestions, and I had to make decisions by guessing what was available. This was disappointing, especially since there was no line and plenty of time for the staff to offer assistance.

I also noticed that a customer who spoke Spanish received more detailed guidance and answers to their questions, which I understand given the shared language. However, as someone who speaks English as a second language, I felt that more effort could have been made to ensure all customers, regardless of language, received the same level of assistance.

Despite these issues, the service was quick and the checkout process was smooth. The cashier was particularly helpful and friendly, which was a nice end to the experience. I want to thank the staff member for enforcing the mask mandate at this location for dealing with the defensive customer behind me today. I can only assume it is a thankless job since nobody including myself thought to thank him at the time. The customer on the phone who kept insisting that "none of the other business around here asked me to wear a mask" and "I got the vaccine, do you want to see my covid card" was probably the first time I have seen this behavior since mask mandates have been in effect but I thought the staff member dealt with it in a calm manner despite the implied snarky tone in the customer's responses.

Now what do I think of the food? I think it's great! I come here often to get a burrito with little variance in my order. I think my only criticism would be that the distribution of ingredients over the burrito as you bite it could be better as some days I feel like I get the rice all on one side and it's a burrito with a wide diameter which is tough when ingredients are not mixed uniformly.
