My wife and I went to DQ tonight and as she is 9 months pregnant we went through the Drive-Thru. The male working the prompter was far from polite, actually bordering on rude and surly taking the orders not only from us but we could hear the order from the vehicle in front of us. My husband and I had a simple order consisting of 2 LARGE Blizzards. One was to be a Banana Split and the other a Royal Strawberry Cheesecake. We were not given a total, only to "Drive around". When we reached the window the order they attempted to hand us for $11.30 was a SMALL Blizzard and a banana split. My husband told the guy at the window that the order was incorrect and repeated it was to be 2 LARGE Blizzards. After waiting for an additional time he brought back what he said a MEDIUM banana split blizzard and again tried to hand us the small strawberry cheesecake blizzard. At this point we asked for our money back as this simple order was incorrect for the 2nd time. Out of 5 staff workers behind the counter it took almost 5 minutes for the employee to hand us back our money, without even so much as an apology. He simply closed the window and turned his back on us. If this is the type of employees that are working at this location we will NEVER revisit. We were extremely insulted and felt that it was one of the worst experiences every experienced. We decided to contact the main branch directly as the "Manager on duty" could not be bothered to correct...

The managers attended me and the other group of people with respect and kindness. Iāve gone to other dairy queens but this one has been my favorite go to for about a year now. @Hawt Fash it seems very embarrassing that you call these hardworking employees lazy. If your very upset over ice cream, theres a McDonalds down the road sir and you can help yourself. And you also show a lot of maliciousness because the fact that you took a picture of this young man and put it out to the public without his consent says a lot. We pulled around noticing that the menu light was off and everything was probably already shut down. The nicest employee, Big Sammy, saw us pull around the drive through which is when we asked if they were closed. Sammy replied he would be happy to help us, even though the hard working team had already cleaned all their machines.
