My wife and I ate at this Ledo last night for the first time in 7 years and we were so happy that the OLD OWNERSHIP, OLD MANAGEMENT and OLD STAFF were gone! First, I'll share how happy we were and then I'll tell what it was like before last night - 7 years ago! We want to give a big shout out to Lana H and Jonathan G for their fantastic service! Lana took our order and relayed it to the kitchen with perfection! We had special requests with how the food was to be made and she was awesome in getting that order to the chef and making the whole experience successful! She was attentive and very polite. We loved her bubbly and happy personality! She was always willing to help and Lana consistently refilled drinks and cleared stuff off the table. Great job Lana! Secondly, we want to acknowledge the chef, Jonathan, who we personally told before leaving just how much we appreciated his ability to make the pizza exactly how we wanted it! Something that could not be done years earlier by the old staff and management! He literally followed the orders of our server Lana and did not do it his way but rather how we requested the food to be prepared and it all turned out "to the nines"! What a great guy he is and we will ask for him before coming so that our food will be made right all the time! Thank you Jonathan for doing something that the old staff and management could never get right! Here's the back story. I had not been in this place for 7 years because every time I asked for my pizza to be made a certain way, it would never come out right. Every time I ordered a pasta dish, something would be missing or something would be added in the food that I did not request (like broccoli being put in with the spaghetti!! - weird stuff like that). It was simply awful! I would complain to the general manager and after a year or more of this she said to me "It may be best that you just don't come back since we can't get anything right". I couldn't believe what I heard! Instead of her changing the way things were done in the restaurant, her solution was to get rid of the customer! I complained to the owner and he would apologize and then eventually he was so frustrated that his staff made no changes, he just resolved to stop helping to resolve the issues! The restaurant management / ownership did not care to train and correct their staff. They were a complete joke! They treated me as if I was the problem when they weren't willing to resolve their internal craziness and lack of professionalism! So, I stopped giving them my business and had to drive farther away to get my Ledo food! Well, a new day has dawned it seems and after last night, my wife and I have renewed hope that we will finally be able to return to this restaurant more regularly now that the previous ownership, management and staff are all finally history!!!!! Read moreI've been eating here almost 10 years, and over my last 2 visits have been extremely disappointed! Visit 1) ordered 2 Gyros for take out.. get home and the pita is completely toasted and hard.. we worked around it.. benift of the doubt.. Visit 2) again 2 Gyros (barely any meat on either gyro) and drenched with sauce.. I love the sauce but even for me it was wayyy too much.. it was all over the place could not enjoy it at all. Also ordered a small pepperoni.. take my first bite and it's not the awesome traditional taste we all know and love.. no no... I taste something sweet.. reach for my 2nd piece again.. sweet.. my son said the same.. couldn't figure out why.. I looked at the label on the box and it says (hot honey) ??? WHATTTTT I didn't even know that was on the menu.. I clearly didn't ask for it. I love honey btw.. but definitely NOT on my pizza! Also ordered a side of fries... Ohhhh man! Worst fries I've ever had from ledos.. couldn't taste anything but salt.. they literally poured salt seasoning alll over the fries.. my son and I both felt this way.. trashed it
This location has really gone to SH*T since the pandemic.. we used to love this place.. ordered here at least once a week.
I just feel they are hiring anyone who walks through the door and aren't training them properly at all.. I've noticed young kids both at the front desk and back cooking. Just don't think they are being trained correctly and looking at all the recent reviews it doesn't seem management cares to improve the tarnished quality that we all once knew and loved.
When I goto Ledos I expect that traditional consistency in flavor. This location is anything but that.

Read moreBeware…not good anymore! Wow, the service was horrible, and the manager could have cared less! My wife and I tried to get lunch, but it turned into a joke. She ordered a hamburger, and I ordered the Gyro lunch special. This didn’t sound complicated… The server returned to our table a short time later to explain that they ran out of pita bread and that they could make my Gyro on a sub roll. I said, “Okay.” I understand things are difficult with supply chains etc. Well, after a long wait the server delivered my wife’s lunch and brought me a plate of French fries and said nothing. I then waited and watched my wife eat and then finish her lunch. I then went to the counter to see what was happening when I was then ignored at first then the server pushed my Gyro on a plate at me. I pushed it back and said, “Sorry we are leaving.” We had been there almost an hour, and my wife was already finished eating, and we had to leave to return to work. The server didn’t know what to do and went into the back. The manager came out, and never said she was sorry she just stated, “we didn’t have any pita bread.” I explained that my wife was finished eating and we were going to leave, and I was not paying for the Gyro. She said nothing and charged me for my wife’s lunch, and we left.
The owner/manager should take a hard look at what is happening at this Ledo Pizza location. The server was by herself waiting tables, poorly trained, and clearly unable to deal with restaurant patrons.
