I went on Wednesday, 08/27/2025, and told them I wanted a membership, just like I used to pay $65 for before. The new employee (the one with tied hair) seemed fine and told me, “You will pay $65 for the GOLD unlimited full-service membership.” I said,okay
But today, Friday, 08/29/2025, they told me, I have to pay again. I asked, “Why do I need to pay? I already paid last Wednesday for a membership.” They replied that I only paid for a one-time “super clean” wash. That is absolutely not true—I clearly paid for a membership like I always do. I even told them, “If you don’t believe me, check my payment history. I always pay only for the membership. Why would I pay $65 for a one-time wash instead of $65 for a monthly membership? I am not new to this, and I am not stupid.”
On top of that, during a previous visit, when I left a compliment, they broke my dashboard and rear camera, and I had to spend $150 to fix it.
I own 3 luxury cars and 2 older cars. When I bring my luxury cars, they treat them with special care, but when I bring my older cars, they do not wash them properly. I even noticed the same unfair treatment with other customers: one African lady with an older Toyota Camry and one Indian gentleman with an older Mercedes. They also did not receive the same level of care as others.

I recently brought my car in for a service, and the experience was terrible. During the cleaning process, the staff vacuumed so aggressively that they broke my front dash camera. A few days later, I also noticed that the rear camera was damaged as well. What’s worse—they never informed me about any of this. I only found out later, which makes it even more frustrating. Now I have to fix both the front and rear cameras, and I’ve been told it will cost me at least $150 just to have them reinstalled.
To make matters worse, their car wash system has two entry lanes. I was patiently waiting in line when another customer who was behind me suddenly cut ahead and went through first. I spoke with the manager about this, expecting some kind of resolution or at least an acknowledgment of poor management. Instead, his response was dismissive. He told me, “We can’t control which customer goes first,” and even compared it to going through a McDonald’s drive-thru, basically implying that poor service and line-cutting are normal.
I left feeling extremely disappointed—not just by the physical damage to my vehicle, but also by the careless attitude and lack of accountability. This is not how any customer should be treated. Read moreI have always preferred this car wash as I drive rideshare temporarily and prefer to keep my vehicle pristine on a daily basis. Being able to pull up whenever I deem necessary on any day and just jump in line and then have everything handled for you right there with care is a convenience that I find well worth the price. Even when they're busiest and the line extends out into the Street, they are diligent and prompt in getting folks in and out and keeping the line moving. I'm never there for too long. I'm generally not a review giver LOL but I was impressed specifically by my recent experience. They went above and beyond. More than I would have expected in any case. I had an account issue that could only be resolved by the general manager of who's email address was provided to me by one of their polite employees over the phone so that I could contact him directly, which in my experience is basically a deterrent to displace you and get rid of you but not in this case this time the general manager actually responded and followed through within hours of my contact and was able to resolve my situation quickly and actually exceeded my expectations. Did I mention that it was his day off?? That's not something that is common these days in the service industry or otherwise. I was informed that this is actually a family business and though it may seem busy for a car wash with dozens of employees everywhere, that is exactly how they made me feel, like fam. Nothing is ever perfect, but if anything is overlooked, missed or causes any concern, I can promise you that the owner or general manager will contact you directly to resolve the issue. Read more[EDIT] In response to the reply from the carwash. I have already responded to the emails and there are 2 emails I have sent that have not been answered, so I'm not sure why you are waiting to hear back from me, I'm the one waiting to get your answer so we can move forward.
As for insisting to go with your insurance is because you are trying to find the cheapest way to get out of this situation and not have it fixed how it is supposed to be, as well as involving more people, an uncle who was a previous general manager. The wheel is not repairable and needs to be replaced. Rest of the details regarding tires and damage to the front wheel are in the email communications. Please respond to the email so we can resolve this issue and move on.
Completely destroyed one of my wheels, scuffed another one and took out chunks of rubber from my tire and left a huge gash (10+ inches) on the sidewall, making it dangerous to continue driving.
Before going into the carwash I specifically asked if the wheels would fit through the tunnel since they are very large. After two employees confirmed the vehicle would fit without issues, including the General Manager, I proceeded to drive it through. Once inside, the tunnel had trouble pulling the car through when it was in neutral, at which point the General Manager instructed me to put the car in drive and try to drive it through several times. It took many tries, and by the time I was able to get the car out of the tunnel, it severely damages my wheels and tire.
I am still in contact with the business to resolve this issue however they want to resolve it without their insurance which is causing a huge inconvenience and taking longer than it should as they want to keep their cost to replace my wheels...
