Super Chicken — Restaurant in Maryland

Very disappointed in this place. I can't review the food because we never got it. Order online didn't go through, when I called to ask about it there was one lady working who did not speak English. I was hoping they could still make our order by the time we got there. She said over the phone that she had our order ready, but when we got there there was nothing made. She obviously didn't understand what I was asking her on the phone. I went back-and-forth with a manager and got to the point where I told him to give us our money back. It was an hour of back-and-forth when we had somewhere to be to feed six people. They couldn't get our order straight or ready in time. I felt bad for the lady working there because she was working hard to accommodate everyone. They should never have only one employee in the store. We were looking forward to Peruvian chicken. FYI- the sides in the family meals are very small. 16oz each. Makes no sense to have a small container for 6 people. Each side should feed 6 people. The manager tried to accommodate us after I left the store. He should've done better before making us upset. Never again. We had to pick up...

Customer service here is absolutely TERRIBLE! We walked in with the intention of ordering food but my friend had gone to the bathroom and I was waiting. While I was waiting a lady who I assume is the owner or manager started asking me “are you going to order something or what?” I was taken aback a little and said I was waiting for my friend. After being rude towards me and taking a look at their food we decided we no longer wanted to eat there. Their food looked like it had been sitting out all day and the place was empty. As we were leaving the same lady said “the bathroom is only for customers and if you aren’t buying anything you aren’t allowed to use the bathroom.” Again she was extremely rude so that really showed us that she is disrespectful and we decided they aren’t worth any...

Best Peruvian roasted chicken restaurant I've been to. I had the 1/4 white meat chicken and my companion had the 1/4 dark- both were amazingly moist, and paired well with sides. Chicken was flavorful, juicy, and had a nice crisp skin. The fried rice and beans were also well seasoned and delicious. Sauces were excellent and a good addition, but not even necessary because of the fantastic seasoning of the meat and sides. And just like the terminator said- "I'll be back!"

I have been to this place half a dozen times, food is always excellent. Fries are sometimes colder. It's the best Peruvian chicken place I've been to (I do have to admit, I've never been to Peru, so not sure about authenticity of flavors).
