I usually get MUCH better service and product than I did the night of Nov. 30th; hence, I donated one star off. I went in and the 5 people behind the counter were standing around and having a conversation (no Peebles when there is nothing to be done, but when a customer comes in???). To of them made eye contact but failed to acknowledge my presence beyond that. After almost 4 minutes, the girl came over and started taking my order ... finally. I had a written list describing each item in my order and she started ringing it into the register. As she finished a guy came over and instructed her to go do something else. Not checking much of anything and, it appeared, he was filling my order by memory after looking at the register screen only that once. Big surprise: one cup of plain I've cream was forgotten - he said he needed to see my receipt before he would fix the missing simple cup of chocolates I've cream. When I got back home I found 3 of the 7 ice creams and Blizzards were made incorrectly. I didn't realize that I had to check up on straight forward menu items to be sure they were correct. I am a chicken tender basket main on any other day, but today I decided to try something new. I ordered a regular size of the rotisserie chicken bites and for $6 I received 6 tiny nuggets. The pricing of this item, among others, is absurd. They tasted alright but not good enough for the price. My colleague ordered the 6 piece tender basket and he did not receive his honey mustard, or any sauce for that matter. Careless mistakes like these, especially when the restaurant is empty, leave a foul taste in my mouth. Additionally, the customer service today was subpar, sometimes better sometimes worse. The employee who handled our order was not very friendly. The next time I return to this establishment I will stick to the tendie basket instead of wasting my money on some...
Read moreI placed an online order today and my son wanted a slush. When I arrived to pick it up (even before the time my email said it would be ready), it already looked like it had been sitting for a long time — about 60% of it was melted.
We went inside and asked the night manager to replace it. He went to the back to “change it” but brought back the exact same one. When I asked if he really replaced it, he said the machine makes them that way. That’s not true — I’ve ordered slushes here before, and this isn’t how they normally come out.
