Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

I Iwould like to re - review Dominos, of Arbutus , I Am thoroughly convinced that Dominos ,is and has been the greatest Pizza in Arbutus, as well as probably in the country!!!! I love the quality service ,I have come to expect from you, And the pizza is consistent in #1 quality ,perfectly cooked, and delivery is Quick,and exactly when the tracked says ! One gripe,that keeps me from giving you the 5star rating,, And that is the website ordering ; If you read below you will find my interpretation of the web page ordering system,I have had to fight nearly every time I order, the tracked is accurate, I have been ordering pizza from you for more than 30+ yrs. ,and I have been pushed to the point of quitting ordering ,just because of the inconsistent way the "ROBO- ordering , works, ( OR DOESN'T) !!!! Please read below for my original post,and it will provide my regetably bad rating,should Dominos,,update and streamline,as to not worry so much about my lineage ,blood type ,next of kin , and how" regular" I am, and just worry about WHAT I want, You would definitely have the 5 STAR rating sought after so heartedly!!!

iThe tw star rating is for your mind numbing junk for an app ,not only is it virtually impossible to navigate,it can't remember one of your oldest customer ,it doesn't show a very good commentary on the way you want to show your customer base it's importance to you,if it can't be updated,maybe you should go...

After calling this dominoes because I wanted to customize my order ( i washed half and half) I couldn’t get through after 45 minutes so I said forget it instead of customizing one pizza I will settle for buying 2 pizzas, go in the store to pick up my order and it’s a ghost town have to announce myself for someone to acknowledge my presence and assist me, upon doing so I go to pay for my order with a $100 bill and am told they don’t accept $100 bills because they’re not allowed to and I can go and get change from somewhere else, yes I should inconvenience myself so I can pay you? Okay Can I speak to a manager? Snot nose kid with no label, no name no nothing on his chest says he is the manager although I’ve been to this establishment several times and he wasn’t even working there on those visits This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of from a franchise, a mom and pop spot I could expect that but certainly not Americas self proclaimed best pizza? Had to take my business across the street to the mom and pop spot sorrentos because they do accept $100 bills and they do actually answer their phones when you call them and they do actually have people in the store to greet you upon arrival, go figure! Spend less money on ads and spamming my emails with your coupons and more money on your employees and training them in...

I've lived at my address for about a year now. We've ordered from this dominos and it has gotten progressive worse. Any time I order a Hawaiian Pizza, the pineapples are thrown all over the place (I guess since it's a cool thing to hate pineapple on pizza). Bubbles never popped, hardly any sauce and no answer when things are wrong. The last time the driver made me take everything out of his bag while he stood there on the phone. Yesterday (June 4th) I ordered at about 3:45pm and the app went through the whole thing (making the order, the order is on the way) when I got the on the way notice, I went outside. The driver never pulled up. I went inside to check my phone and someone from dominos was calling. Long story short, I was told v rudely that "We're not delivering your pizza...." We don't go there." I had gotten a delivery not 2 weeks ago on May 27th. I had 2 v hungry kids here and no way to get out to get anything else. I used a free pizza from some points that I was told they didn't know when they'd have it put back. I don't apologize for being petty and getting angry with them. We were never offered maybe a pick up or anything like that (not that I would have been able to go get it) even if I was able to get a delivery, I would not. The assistant manager, Nevaeh was very sweet but the driver Jaimes was not....
