Midnight...I have never been so scared...the Domino's delivery person banged on my door so hard I thought someone was breaking in my front door. I dont know which Domino's this employee works, you are just the closest to my address. I was in my kitchen, all the inside lights are low getting a snack, and someone banged on my front door. I was frozen, I am not going towards the front door. 2nd Bang was Louder. I grabbed my phone. My husband left his stupid phone in the living room on the charger and I am too scared to yell for him. I was unlocking my phone. Then the 3rd Loudest Bang Knock sounded like it came from my living room window, I was pushing for 911. My husband woke up and was coming towards the steps. I just needed him to tell me what to do next. I couldnt move past the kitchen. I finally called his name and told him I was scared. He came down looked out front and saw a Domino's delivery sign on a car out front. I finally could breath, went to the door, looked thru the blinds, and felt an instant feeling of safety. Wow! That was scary! We did not order pizza. Not sure if I will want to eat Domino's again. Maybe call the order when it's late at night before you knock. Maybe make it part of the delivery is the pre delivery call be answered before knocking. I hope this doesnt happen again. Thanks...
Read moreBeen meaning to post this for quite a while. While the service here has never been TOP TIER, the food was pretty good. Well, I draw the line at outright DISRESPECT when I'm spending my hard earned money in THIS economy. Short version : I did curbside pickup, as I normally did, and basically had my food THROWN in my window. Not only did this extremely rude employee aggressively "hand off" my food, he didn't greet me, ask if I needed anything, etc. As I tried to say, "excuse me" - because I didn't see the extra sauces, he disappeared as quickly as he appeared. I then put my car in park, get out, and go inside. I say to them, because everyone's standing there, he's very rude. Explain the situation, and as expected, met with nothing but disregard. In short, had I not been exhausted and starving from working 2 jobs, (because these people think they're only ones who actually have to work like them), I would've given it all back and requested a refund. I have not been back since, will never go back, and tell all my neighbors and coworkers not to use them anymore either. It's entirely way too EXPENSIVE in this time to just be handing off your money to people who don't even deem you worthy of a greeting, acknowledgement, explanation, and/or apology - while you contribute to keeping them in business....
Read moreI have ordered from this location several times. Each time they don't accept my card online or take a long time to deliver. Today was insane. I ordered online around 3:30pm, about an hour later I called to check up and was told it was the next one in line to go out. I waited about 40 min and called again and she explained they only had 1 driver who had not returned yet. I asked if i should just cancel my order and grab something else to eat but she assured me it was next to go out. A while later I called again and this time spoke the GM who sounded flustered and explained she had just walked in and everything had fallen apart. Again, I asked if I should cancel but she reassured me it would be delivered in about 25 min. Again, no pizza. When I called a final time to cancel she told me the driver had come to my home and called. I assumed her no one had been to my property or called my cell. She decided to just make excuses that it's been a hard day and she is trying to fix everyone else mess up. She pretty much tried to name everyone else. I understand things happen, but I feel like I was blantley lied to over and over again. I typically love dominoes so it sucks that the one near...
