Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

Brian Blue(the manager and owner) held my order until the nic of time, due to me requesting garlic sauce, that I previously ordered and never received!! NOT wanted to pay for more and possibly not getting them again, I called and simply requested for them to go with this order. Since the original results were when it happened the manager at the time, Ryan, had told me he would get another driver to bring them to me, which NEVER happened!!! This domino's location knows NOTHING about customer service and it terribly shows!!!!!

I don't think there was anything wrong with my request! Especially, since I literally have some type of issue WHENEVER I order from this location!!!!!

THE FIRST TIME: 3 out of 5 tops was on my pizza(7/16/20)

THE SECOND TIME: Never received garlic sauce (which I literally waited for) (7/23/2020)

AND NOW THIS TIME!!!!!!!!!!!! (8/2/2020)

YOU ALL LITERALLY HELD MY ORDER TO THE LAST MINUTE!!!

HOW DO YOU TREAT THE CUSTOMERS IN YOUR OWN NEIGHBORHOOD LIKE THIS WHEN WE ARE THE ONES THAT LITERALLY HAVE YOU GUYS IN BUSINESS!!!

I TIP TWICE, SINCE I, MYSELF WAS ONCE A DRIVER FOR DOMINO'S!!! ARE MY TIPS NOT ENOUGH?

I ALWAYS ORDER $20+ IN FOOD!!!! IS IT BASED ON HOW MUCH I SPEND???

BECAUSE I AM SERIOUSLY LOST!

THEN WHEN I CALLED BACK TO CHECK ETA (after my order had been over an hour), KIARA, who's on the phones, PUT ME ON HOLD AND NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO ME!!!

YOU ALL ARE LITERALLY MAKING PEOPLE'S FOOD, WE ARE TRUSTING YOU!!!

BUT HOW CAN I EVER NOW, ESPECIALLY AFTER THIS!!!!

I REALLY WANT THIS TO GET TO THE HIGHEST PERSON IN DOMINO'S, since I know now Brian is actually the owner of this location! SO IF THAT MEANS I HAVE TO CALL WHO I KNOW PREVIOUSLY WORKING FOR DOMINO'S, I WILL!!!!

THIS NEEDS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF BECAUSE IT IS HIGHLY, WITHOUT A DOUBT........

I have never experienced the rudeness and unprofessionalism as I have today 3/19/2024 at 4:32 p.m., when ordering a (1) simple pizza at the Domino's at 9509 Livingston Road, Ft Washington and dealing with the Shift Manager Thomas, and whoever the female was that answers their phone!!! I ordered a pizza that took an hour to arrive, while I live 3 minutes across a light. The tracker read the delivery guy came to the area within 1 minute away, twice to leave and go 10 minutes away twice. My pizza traveled with him over 30 minutes, as the tracker read he left the store at 5:06 and arrived to my door at 5:38 with a cold pizza and wet bottom of the box. When I called the store the female that answered the phone actually hung up on me mid-conversation, stating when I call back, she did so because she heard the driver at my door. On my 3rd call back for the manager, after being on hold for 5 minutes, THOMAS, said to me AND I QUOTE "we are busy this time of the day Ma'am, if you want your pizza hot you need to come pick it up." So the expectation of receiving hot food, that's not soggy after paying a $5.49 delivery fee obviously is unrealistic in the the eyes of the Livingston Road Domino's and it's Shift Manager Thomas. I absolutely did not accept the pizza and will NEVER patronize that location again, even if I do "have to pick up the pizza"! Also, note when I did ask Thomas if there was a regional/area manager, he boastfully let me know that the location was a franchise, so much for high Domino's corporation standards when it's...

I have been to this Domino's location once before, due to my work schedule, that was over 4 years ago. But I do recall that that visit was a very pleasant one for me. I recently called this location in order to refresh my memory for Pick-up Ordering. The Gentleman who answered the telephone was very professional and he very patiently answered my questions even though I could tell the were extremely busy when I called. That call saved me a lot of time based on his responses and I really appreciated his help. I later found out that I spoke to a Manager. I later visited this location and I was very impressed with the warm greeting I received from all of the staff as soon as I walked in. My order was taken by (Ms.) Regina, and she was very kind to me and ensured that my order was correct from start to finish. She even made sure to give me some (very cool in my opinion) Domino's paper plates and napkins, as well as condiments like crushed red peppers. The store itself has a very modern look, and is very clean and well-organized. I got the Jalapeno and Bacon Stuffed Cheesy Bread and a large pizza with 4 toppings. I tried to wait to eat some of it before I got home, but that didn't work:) My order was hot, very fresh, and quite delicious. I will make sure that not too much time passes before my next visit to this Domino's location.
