OUT OF ALL THE TIMES I HAVE WANTED TO REVIEW A PLACE BUT NEVER HAVE BECAUSE I DIDNT FEEL LIKE SIGNING IN TO MY ACCOUNT, this time this time really takes the cake. I ordered online , i go to pick up my food, The woman’s name was Elif was friendly ish but no problems , I got a cookie brownie & a regular pizza , pizza was eh but i’m not complaining. the brownie.. The brownie wasn’t cooked , and i get dominos about twice a week from a different location so i know the brownie has to sit and set for like 20 mins . I wait 1 hour for my brownie to set and it’s GOOGY AND NOT COOKED not even the crusts were hard , not only that she left the paper under my brownie so i can’t even pull a slice off just keeps breaking. but i’m at work by now so i can’t just go back. I call the restaurant and say hello may i please speak to the manager ,the lady ELIF says speaking with an attitude of course so i ask if anyone else is there because i did not want to speak to her with the attitude that was coming through the phone of her just waiting to see what i was going to complain about . She saids no i say oh okay thank you and she just hangs up while i’m still saying something . Terrible service for a “Manager” .
EDIT: Team member AJ totally fixed my problem with no ill feelings towards me just that he was sorry that this happened and he will remake it for me not a problem, I feel much much better about coming here again as long as AJ is here.The dude definitely deserves a raise because his customer service is amazing and actually cared and listened to what i had to say . Read moreWe ordered pizza late at night (like literally half an hour before they closed). We always eat late at night so we are kind of used to the attitude that a lot of places get when you order that late (which I totally understand - to an extent...) This interaction? Yeah, it was NOT like that at all! The gentleman that waited on me (Mueer I think the app said his name was? Little bit tall, thin build, darker skin tone and dark hair, maybe late 20s?) was super friendly and helpful (answered a few questions I had about the town and where to get beer etc). Order was made quickly and he food was awesome ! we have ordered the same thing at 23 different Dominos in the past 5 months (yes, that is more than 1 a week, it's sad,. WE KNOW!) and while they are all good (well, nearly all of them) this had the perfect amount of each topping and wasn't just thrown together sloppily. It's looked great and taste even bett3 Idk if this guy was a manager or what the deal is but if he's not he should be, and if he is a manager then he deserves a raise, bc he's great at his job. We travel a lot but this was our first time stopping in Ellicott City to eat. Definitely going to make this one of our regular stops from now on (yeah, it sounds a little cheesy to put so much stock in something just bc an employee was nice and is charismatic, but life's short and we like to surround ourselves with as much positivity as possible!)

I ordered a pizza for delivery at 5:30pm. Dominos has a tracker on their app, so you can track the progress of the pizza from it being made to it being delivered. At 6:00pm, my phone notified me that my pizza had been delivered. I chose contactless delivery, so I checked my front door and nothing was there. No knock, no ring on the bell, no pizza at the door. I assumed that the tracker is automated, so the delivery driver might just be stopping at other nearby places first. I wait until 6:15pm and check again, nothing. 6:20pm, nothing.
Finally at 6:30pm, I call the store. I listen to the 45 second automated sales pitch before it rings through and then immediately disconnects. Hoping that this was just someone hitting the wrong button on the phone, I call back only to immediately get hung up on. This happens a total of five times before I give up in frustration. I wait a few minutes and call back and finally get someone at 6:42pm. The dude on the phone is slurring his speech to the point where I could barely understand him. I tell him that my order hasn't arrived and he asks for my address. When I tell him, he says "The driver is just out there, he's out there." I tell him the order was supposed to have been delivered 40 minutes ago and I don't want it anymore, I want my money back. He says "Okay I give you a refund" and hangs up the phone. So I guess I'm just disputing the charge instead, because I'm not wasting my time...
