Updated Review (November 2021):

I have visited just a handful more times since my initial review. Your chances of getting anything correct in your order is about 25%. Are you someone who requests certain flavored munchkins in your order? Don't get excited - you'll be given others that you didn't order. Example: I ordered 10 glazed, blueberry and chocolate munchkins. I received powdered (yuck), pumpkin (ehhh), glazed, blueberry and chocolate. The accuracy of this location is embarrassing. Also, the employees seem to strongly dislike being at work. They never know who has a mobile order and who actually owes money. Attention to detail would be awesome!!! For my last thought... the manager in Waynesboro had switched to Smithsburg location and wouldn't you know it... she left Smithsburg and went back to Waynesboro. (That should say something itself). If you have the time, drive the extra 10 minutes to Waynesboro. The only downside there is your drive-thru wait but you'll get what you ordered!

I love DD but this location is one of the worst I've been to (Hagerstown Dual Hwy is just as terrible). I'm 0/2 on my orders at Smithsburg. My first order was a few days ago and was only a caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar. They didn't mix the sugar so it was sunk to the bottom and it's like drinking a mouth full of sugar crystals. Gross! The second order was today - caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar and a warm blueberry muffin. This time it seems they forgot the sugar and creamer altogether plus my muffin was cold. Super disappointed! It seems like the staff at this location were trained in Hagerstown because the Dual Hwy location is just as terrible about not mixing in the sugar and not warming a muffin. The Waynesboro store always gets my order correct. Hopefully this location can...

Really disappointed in this location as well as the response from the company. It’s been 2 weeks since I placed an online order for pickup only to find out at the window they could not fulfill part of my order as they were out of donuts. The people working were very apologetic and told me if I went through the app I could get a refund. No problem, took the steps to do that- a week later I’m emailed that the location will reach out. No one reached out. So I had to again reach out to find out how to get a refund for what I didn’t receive. I finally get a phone call Wednesday, 11 days after my purchase was only half filled. I spoke with the store owner/manager on Thursday and he assured me he would be sending a gift card in the amount of the missing items digitally to my phone number. 4 days later and I’m still waiting. At this point I don’t want a gift card from them as I no longer wish to patronize a business that cares so little about doing the right thing and refunding people when it’s due. I literally order from this Dunkin almost every single day. At first didn't have no problems, actually really like the guy manager/owner. But now that they hired all these young kids its always something. First I get up to the window this morning and it doesnt have whip cream like it's suppose to then I taste it pulling out of the drive thru and its disgusting! 1 sugar when I asked for EVERYTHING EXTRA! Then as im leaving the same blonde young "girl" my mom was having a problem with wants to yell something smart like dont be so rude as im walking away but didnt have nothing to say to my face as i was standing there. Ive been going there since they opened, longer then most have worked there and this is how their loyal customers get treated. Nothing ever tastes the same. Always missing something or wrong, & always out of carmel, large cups, or big straws! & Wonder why you loose business.
