Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

I ordered a sausage wrap and asked for it to be toasted dark. I was told it couldn't be toasted dark because it was a wrap. I told the cashier it's an open wrap that can just stay in the toaster longer and that they do it all the time here. She said I'll just figure it out. When I received it it was not toasted dark which was not my biggest issue. My biggest concern was that I also ordered a medium drink and they charged me for a large. She haned me the drink and I noticed it was wrong so I asked for the recipient. She pulled the receipt out of the trash and gave it to me versus reprinting a new one. I explained I didn't want a large and she said well I can't give you a refund because the manger is not here. Then she told me it's only a dollar. I said but that is not what I ordered then she said well its only $.50 and handed it to me from the cup on the side of the register. I still don't know if the difference was $1.00 or $.50. They also never give you napkins...

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever! At some point you’d think they would get better, but the employees have no sense of urgency, and the manager is never there but maybe for an hour per day, so they say. Yesterday I was handed an extra large hot coffee through the drive through window, after being in the line for 15 minutes, and the lid was not put on tight, and the extra large hot coffee ended up all over my wife’s lap. Now I understand that mistakes happen, but would you believe that this is the second time this has happened to me at this location, the first time I wore the coffee about 5 months ago. Same employee handed it through the window. Try to talk to manager, he’s not there, and they’re not allowed to give out any contact info for him, Mr John Patel. Don’t go to this business. They don’t care...

Not sure what the problem with dunkin' donuts is but this one is just like all the others and can't seem to get simple orders right. It's pretty easy, you are supposed to put ice in a iced coffee, you're supposed to toast a toasted bagel. It's not uncommon for your order to be off. And I'm pretty convinced that sometimes when I order cold brew they just give me iced coffee (or the cold brew was not ready yet). Don't bother trying to get just one pump of flavor, because they're just going to put four or five pumps in no matter what. It's frustrating because when they're good, they are really good.
