I go to this location every day and on Wednesday i placed an order for pickup . I went to pick my food up and I ordered avocado toast . Horrible customer service lady came to the window opened my box and showed me avocado toast with bacon I didn’t order and asked me if I wanted it . I was confused because was this her way of telling me they made my order wrong ? I said to her no because I don’t eat bacon . She then says I can make another one but you have to pull your car around and wait. I said no because I have to get to work can you refund me ? In a very dismissive tone she said something fast and walked off . There was another young lady who was nice by the way and I asked her like wait what did she say? The young lady said she said if you want a refund you have to go through the app . Like huh? Ok this is where i got mad. How are you going to mess my order up and not have any empathy or apologize and then get an attitude and walk off ? I said to the lady can you please tell her it’s cool give me the avocado toast with the bacon she first offered with the avocado spread on the side . The nasty girl walks back over hand me a box of plain bread that was barely toasted . I looked at her and said what is this she got very nasty and said that’s what you asked her for . I said I didn’t ask her for this. I instantly pulled off parked and went into the store and asked for her manager. Nasty girl I believe her name was Brenisha said he isn’t here. I said to her i come here every morning and this is how you treat loyal customers?We went back and forth and I walked out . I spend at least 250 at dunkin a week because I have team meetings and I use them . But never again ! I will give my business to panera . I called customer service to complain but no one called back . I will NEVER spend my money...
Read moreI order my drink and I knew the guy got it wrong. I go to the window and say to the girl who was taking payment, “hey sorry I think he got my order wrong”. I was correct it was something completely off of what I wanted. She asked what me I wanted. I tell her and she repeated the order back to me correctly but when I got my drink it was wrong. I handed it back to her and she told me to pull around the front that she will bring my coffee out. I waiting about 5 mins and decided to walk in. She looks at me and laughed with her coworker about how she forgot about me and to make the drink. I get the drink and surprise it was wrong again. I go back in and asked for a manager for the same girl to tell me there wasn’t one in store. So I tell her my drink was wrong again and she proceeded to blame the “new girl”. Finally after 3x I get my drink. As I’m walking out she asked me how my drink was In a sarcastic way and laughed with her coworkers. I had a half hour to get to work (which was right around the corner) waited in line just to order for 15-18 minutes (it was me and a car at the speaker). After I said my order, they repeated it back and never told me how much it was, which you should cause not everyone uses credit card. Pulled up to the windown to find the girl taking money texting on her phone, no wonder everything was super slow, she finished her text before even greeting me. When I received my drink the first time they put no whipped cream in it, told them then double checked the receipt, yes I did and also had to pay for it (shouldn't have to pay for it if the photo in the board shows the drink with it, hello false advertisement). When I got it back I put it in the holder and didnt touch it until I got in to work....where I found a hair in it. No it wasn't mine as it was IN the coffee mixture.
