Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

I stood at the counter waiting for quite sometime. The two kids were just walking back and for ignoring the present of a customer. Finally, I asked if anybody here to take an order, one kid turned and yelled we got other orders to work on, too. Often kids are dumb and have smart mouths. If you try to save money on the cost by hiring kids, they produce other type of costs. They could make coffee but have no customer service skills which is the main part of the job not just making coffee. If you really have to hire kids, you got to make sure to get the ones that don't have...

The outside looks pretty nice. Inside was clean, however they had some of a Leak leading to structural damage, and you can see black mold on the insulation so idk sounds like the property owner/franchisee owner doesn't care about the employees here.

I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and ate ate it outside. Tbh not very toasted, but it also wasn't half frozen like the ones near Overlea High School Dunkin'.

So it's pretty good...

DON’T GO THERE!!!!! I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. I ordered 2 donuts and waited almost 10 minutes for them. There was only one other customer in the store and 4 employees not doing anything and one person actually working. Pretty aggravating to say the least.
