Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

I started with my DD card there. The last 5 times I have been there I have never gotten an order correct. I mean not even close. I just quit even remarking about it. I will find a Starbucks somewhere. I stood in line one day for 14 minutes while some large man tried to hustle a couple young girls. He was telling them how he was the next to be promoted to general manager. I left. I have ordered everything from a sandwich to a simple cup of coffee and it is never correct. NOT ONE TIME!!!!!!! I got the number off the sales ticket and to try and call the owner. It was absolutely worthless. I called 4 times never once did they answer. It doesn't matter what you order, you have some kid that just quit school making you something without a clue on what he is making. DDonuts, you really need to take a look at this place. This is really a damn shame. I mean really ...I mean really!!!! I am doing an edit so.....I don't know what to say....I go in, some crew leader acting like she is retiring general manager of the universe interviewing a applicant. we were 3 deep and instead of putting the interview on hold and helping out, she ignored the whole situation. 2 of left. Went in the next week and the same crew leader or what ever she is..... Informed me of where see stood in the world and started yelling as she went to fill my order. I asked another employee about this person and was told that she was a rehire and had the owner under her thumb. Well Owner......If this is the best you can do, I will go to the regional people and see if there is anything that can...

I stop here on my my way to work from time to time. They are not that busy at the time I come (only a few cars in the drive thru and no one in the lobby). I often have to wait 10 mins or more just to place an order. Unlike some locations, this one is the closest to my route from home to work that gets my order right 95% of the time. BUT they are so SLOW! As I said I only stop by from time to time when I have the time, because I anticipate gaving to wait. If I come when I'm running a little behind I either give into the craving and wait or just forgo my coffee at that time.

It's really a shame. "MOST" of the staff is friendly and will acknowledge you, but you can stand in the lobby for 5 minutes and some will act like you aren't there. That said, today I used the drive thru, as I usually do, and wasn't spoken to for about 3 mins, then they never came back. Multiple cars had pulled in behind me during that time and eventually 4/5 of them left. The two cars that were there when I arrived were still being served. This had been a 15 minute ordeal. I tried several times to get a second response from the order taker, but he never answered again.

We have lived in this area for 4 years and the Maugans Ave Dunkin' use to be our favorite, but the standards of customer service within the past year or so have declined. I will have to give my patronage to another Dunkin' that values my time or at least acknowledges my presence if I...

This location is horrible. By far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to and I am (was) a Dunkin lover. This store has turned me off of Dunkin completely. It’s convenient to me so I continued to go and hope it got better but it has not.

The service is terrible. I always order ahead and it’s never ready on time. I understand and appreciate wanting to make it fresh once I arrive (never tastes fresh), but it takes several minutes. Many times I have had to pull around to the creepy door on the side of the building. Also, several times they have tried to give me the wrong order. Please keep in mind everytime I go, they are not busy. 1, 2 MAYBE 3 other cars there.

My coffee is always watered down. My refreshers are always watered down or have so much ice there’s barely any drink. The food is just nasty. I have tried so many things. The avocado toast is always cold and burned. The egg is so mushy and disgusting I would have to take the egg off so I just stopped getting egg. Sausage always seemed undercooked (also mushy and nasty). The bagels and cream cheese are okay but those are hard to mess up. The last time I went my sandwich was so bad I had to throw it away.

Dunkin prices are creeping up to Starbucks prices so you might as well go there and get the quality and service that’s...
