I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Dunkin' Donuts, and I must say, it was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment I arrived at the establishment, it became apparent that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.

First and foremost, Dunkin' Donuts has a blatant disregard for punctuality. Despite their advertised opening hours, I arrived at the designated time only to find the doors firmly shut. It is incredibly frustrating to have your morning routine disrupted by a business that can't even adhere to its own schedule.

To make matters worse, when I decided to knock on the door to inquire about their opening time, no one bothered to respond. It was as if I was invisible or inconsequential. This lack of basic customer service and common courtesy is simply unacceptable.

One would expect a popular chain like Dunkin' Donuts to prioritize their customers and ensure a seamless experience. However, my visit left me feeling ignored, frustrated, and completely unappreciated.

Not only did they fail to open on time, but their lack of responsiveness and disregard for their customers' needs is indicative of a larger problem within the establishment. It is clear that Dunkin' Donuts has lost sight of what it means to provide quality service and uphold their reputation.

Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Dunkin' Donuts to anyone seeking a reliable and customer-centric coffee and donut shop. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration by choosing a different establishment that values your time and loyalty.

Went in to grab drinks for my husband, kids and I. Saw they were busy behind the counter so I used the kiosk. Went over sat down and waited for about five minutes or so to be told they were out of the syrup for the drink I wanted. I understand it was a holiday item, but it said it was available on the kiosk so that's why I ordered it. I looked at the menu didn't see anything else I wanted so I said ok can I just get a refund then. I was a little upset but I don't think I deserved the response from the cashier Raman. She rudely said to me, after giving a look to her coworker pretty much signaling oh great a Karen, which I am not. Said we can't refund from the kiosk. So I had to order a drink I didn't even want now because they couldn't refund me for a drink I did want. I was already upset, stood there another few minutes when she came over with my drinks set them on the behind the register and barrier counter looked at me and walked over to ring up a customer. She didn't even give me my drinks I had to wait for her coworker to come over and give them to me. I would like to know what this woman's problem is? Apparently the lady working didn't even understand English! I asked how much half dozen was and she put it in like I was going to buy 1/2. So I asked again and she said $8.99, u want 1/2. I said hold on let me see what I want and she then asked me 3 more times if I wanted half. Every time I kept saying hold on I don't know what I want. I then asked if the munchkins were included (since there was only 5 different kinds of donuts to choose from) she said yes. So I start to order my half dozen and she said the munchkins cost more. So then I asked what donuts can I choose from. She said any of them, so I said any of these donuts here are $8.99 for half, she said yes, so then I pick out a red velvet donuts and was told that's a speciality and not included and cost more. She had no idea what I was asking and just kept answering yes to all my questions! I then asked about another donuts and she said yes, part of the 8.99 dozen, then I order it and she told me that one also is not included! My mind was completely blown after the frustration of just wanting some donuts!! Where's a Krispy cream at??? You would think for a donuts place they would have more options than just 5...
