ZBounce / ZPlanet — Attraction in White Marsh

EXTREMELY expensive for very little activity. Would not recommend or ever go back. I cannot figure out how this place is still in business and how they get away with these prices.

We paid $65 for 2 kids to ride the rides twice and "jump" for 1 hour but we left early; they got bored. There are 3 rides but you can only ride 1 or 2 times (depending on the package you purchase.) Many of the activities that are in pictures we saw online were behind a sign that said "do not enter" and were clearly broken (pieces laying around, machines off, exposed wires, etc.) 2 bounce house type things, both of which were covered in duct tape and quite small given what is advertised; a small foam ladder with a slide but no ball area at the bottom, as pictured on the website. At one point my daughter came to me saying she heard a noise and part of one looked less than fully inflated. None of the token games worked but we were not told that ahead of time until we tried to use them. Employee was going around plugging and unplugging machines and then said "no, not working." Didn't check to make sure children had their seatbelts on before starting the rides. Overall, very poor quality equipment, operation...

I was there 2 weeks ago and have just found the time to write about my disappointment with the place .. where my kids did have fun the video games like basketball and a flying saucer thing was broken... The staff had no idea how to fix the problems.... The lady while she spoke english .. was not very nice when asked why things didnt work... for the price we paid for the kids it would have been nice to get something out of the place.... They made the kids hold their wristbands up and marked them with a black marker once they finished a ride .. they only got to ride the 3 ridss in the place once ... and then they got to use the bouncers.... With the amount of money we paid and the machines not working they could have added a free ride or something.. instead we just got alot of attitude from the lady that was in charge .. She didnt wear a name badge ... there was a lady that came in later that was polite and was white that explained things to us and apologized for the...

I called over a month ago to inquire about booking a party for my daughters birthday and they lady told me to call back the next day to check to see if the date was available because they were remodeling. So I call the next day.... she tells me yes the dates available to come in ONE week prior to put the deposit down. So I thought everything was fine. Until the time comes and it’s one week prior to the party and here I am without a party venue now because they employee lied to me....... I called another location to see if i can get in touch with someone in charger for this location they guy tells me they are closed due to major construction & wont be open for another month or so! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I’m literally days away from my daughters party and now she cannot have a party as these people lie! Will never ever go there ever again. I use to take my daughter for open jump! Not anymore and I’ll be sure to tell others not...
