My wife and I came in to update our wedding rings for our 10-year anniversary. The staff at Reeds went above and beyond to make us satisfied and happy. My wife wanted something sparkly but in a low profile. Ally was very friendly and attentive in helping my wife walk around trying on rings in the whole store while listening to my wife's wants and desires and trying to find something that would meet those. She then helped us to do a special order to get only one half of a wedding set and in rose gold. Sharon was so pleasant and understanding as she helped us go through a number of loose diamonds to replace the chipped center stone from my wife's original engagement ring and get the ring repaired. The plan had been to just repair and then save it for our son to use in the future, but Tony the jeweler did an amazing job repairing the ring, and the stone Sharon was so patient in helping us pick out actually made the ring wearable again when my wife thought it wouldn't have. So, in the end, we got the new sparkly band in rose gold; and once my wife saw it on her finger with her original wedding set, she decided she wanted to see if the old ones could be plated rose gold to match and wear them all. Again, Sharon and Tony went above and beyond to get them replated that same day.
