Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

This morning at approx 9:30AM I sat in line, waiting to order, I talk to the person talking my order, she took my order, I then, get to the window, get my order and ask the younglady for a sleeve for my coffee's, she rudely responds with a no node then, I ask for a bag to carry my order in the house when I get home, I got 2 coffees, donuts and wraps, she rudly turns away. As she turns with a nasty look, I ask her "I'd like a bag, without the addittude please" When she comes back with the bag, she slightly opens the window and, sticks her arm out to give me the bag . If you don't like your job, please, go find another one! I am in customer service and, I give every customer 110% when I help them! Please, if you don't like thr public, find another job that suites you! This is the reason for 4 stars and not 5! I normally have great service there...

I am writing this with absolute disappointment and disgust with the quality and lack of care the employees at the Waldorf location has provided. I am beyond words that I could find this huge piece of plastic in my drink.

Whoever put this in my drink should be held accountable at the highest level possible. While I would never wish anyone to be without job over this, they need to know that this is completely unacceptable. I am afraid to ever order again. What will I find next?

I didn’t even have the chance to go back to the store because I had things to do but that may have been a good thing I didn’t go back and find the person who did this. I am not confident I would have been able to keep my cool.

Had a draft review where I wrote this place never has mobile orders ready. Well.... it's been some time now, and I have to take back those words. This location has traded quality for speed. The last several visits have been tolerable with luke warm sandwiches, but the coffee was on point. Today, I had a sandwich that I'm convinced was made yesterday. It was cold, the bread was hard and stale, I wouldn't have given the scraps to my dog. And to make matters worse, coffee was just being brewed. That is a hard sale for the 5-530 road crew. I'd rather wait 3 minutes for decent food than 15 seconds for...
