This location is not only a hub for coffee aficionados but also an oasis of positivity that sets the tone for my day. The moment I step inside, I’m greeted by warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that instantly lifts my spirits.

One of the highlights of my mornings here is witnessing the staff's unwavering dedication to excellent service. They always manage to prepare my order fresh and correctly, eliminating any worries I might have about my breakfast. This efficiency is commendable; I never have to wait long, which is especially appreciated on busy mornings when time often feels limited.

I have developed a particular fondness for their coffee. Each cup is brewed to perfection, rich in flavor and aroma, providing the perfect start to my day. The combination of my go-to drink with a slice of their avocado toast elevates my breakfast experience. The toast is perfectly toasted, generously topped with creamy avocado, and seasoned just right to tantalize my taste buds.

I am always super dissatisfied with their coffee. Maybe it’s because I love a well bodied bold roast and I expect my drinks to be made and taste the same no matter when I order or which location I visit but this store on dual Hwy is just always all over the place! It’s a rare thing for me to try my drink before I leave and not have to either just get a refund because I’m in a rush or if I have some time to have them remake the drink. Their donuts which is how They first started I assume!?! Are not that great and either are the breakfast sandwiches. I ordered a simple bagel toasted with a side of cream cheese and they had just thrown my bagel in their microwave!?! It was so gross! So in my morning rush I just left and returned once again to tell them what happened and by that point my bagel craving was way over. The thing that most of all bothers me is that after complaining and getting to the point of No Return literally- the Time I visited I approached their store Manager and let her know how I have experience I the coffee industry but for Starbucks when I was youger so I understand how easy it is to make a mistake and ruin a entire drink. However - consistency is the key with these drinks and training everyone at least monthly briefly brushing up on their skills and knowledge is really important. Their privately owned franchise however everyone who is a fan of DND has a taste they expect and this location just doesn’t ever meet it. It’s just always way too sweet or coffee is watered down or it’s burnt or food is Cooked improperly etc. I really think this owner should consider cleaning house and starting off with a new management team and staff. I know I’m one in hundreds around here that have voiced this opinion and they have lost our business to other coffee shops or we’ll just take the extra 5 mins to make a pot at home in the morning and make out breakfast the way we know it should be and like It. I stopped at this location while on a road trip.The cashier had difficulty with my order because it included an offer that was in the Dunkin Donut app She retrieved the manager, Paul Lucas, for assistance, who arrived at the counter with a negative dispositon and was extremely rude. After a failed attempt at being condescending, Paul took my money for my order and then refused to provide the drink that I had paid for. He then had the audacity to tell me that he would not give back my money and told me to contact their corporate office for a refund, which he provided no receipt for. I had to contact law enforcement in order to rectify the theft of my money and had to waste an officer's valuable time being dispatched to a coffee shop in order to retrieve what had been taken from me.I was advised that Paul relayed to law enforcement that he chose to keep my money and have me call corporate office so that I would leave the store; mind you he, nor anyone else ever asked me to leave. I actually waited at the register for about 30 mins or more for law enforcement. In what reality does keeping someone's money cause them to retreat as opposed to getting one upset?I found Paul to be arrogant and pompous and a horrible example of an individual in a leadership role. I would not recommend this location to anyone unless you want horrible customer service from Paul Lucas and to have your money withheld when you choose to stand up for yourself. No one from this franchise has even bothered to offer an apology and this incident...
