It’s a bit of a long review for several reasons, so please read through. I decided to order a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel online to Dunkin Donuts for pickup and I had to go through DoorDash, Okay. I was not aware I could not go through the drive through to pickup my order. So when I showed up at the drive through my order was not there. Okayyy. (Oh yeah, I forgot to say I was in a really bad mood before going to DD.). While I was looking on my phone for my order information, I needed to get out of the drive through lane and go inside. Apparently when you order a pickup order and I am not familiar with doing that because I normally do not order food this way, you have to go inside the store to pickup the food. Okayyyy. Well, as I was going through all of this, I gave the young man, who I first met at the drive through, who told me my order was not there, and then I met him inside, where the dashdoor pickup area is- only to find out my order was not started - although a text message informed me my order was ready and I had an email confirmation as well, I was ignorant to the young man. He did nothing wrong. I was angry for a whole other reason and then with all the little things going on or I guess I can say, “not” going on, I was rude to him. Efff! AND I have to say he was professional! For whatever reason my bagel order didn’t go through and I had to wait for my bagel to be made up, so luckily I had a moment to apologize to the young man. And when I apologized to him I saw his name is Smiley. Yippee, I was ignorant to Smiley! Lovely, right?!! Sooooo, I give Smiley 5 stars ⭐️ and I give my overall online order and pickup 3 ⭐️. Read moreI have had multiple bad experiences with Dunkin Donuts in the Rosedale/Essex area. Mainly with this one. The first one I ordered a large latte and asked for extra sugar. Instead they gave me a large latte with lemon type syrup in it. I went back through the drive thru and told them the mistake and they wanted me to reorder the drink and have me pay for it again! Second time I went there my total came to 5$ and change, I gave them a 20$ bill and the change due. They should have gave me back 15$ and they didn't give me anything. I called them and explained what happened, and the call took longer then it should have. Nothing ever came of it and I never got my 15$ back. The third time was very recent and I ordered a latte again and again it was wrong. Usually I would not make a big deal out of this and understand mistakes happen, but the manner of which the employees at this location handle things is not okay. It was like they were truly offended and could not comprehend to why I came back and said what was wrong. Read moreI used to be able to get in and out, now the wait time is 10 minutes+ for an iced coffee and a muffin or bagel whether I am in the drive thru or walk in and order. Not sure if they have a new manager or what? This place has gone down hill in terms of timely orders and friendly service. Today after I ordered my muffin and an iced coffee, paid with my app, waited and received my coffee, but no muffin. When I spoke up to ask where my order was, she goes did I charge you? I said yes and showed her the receipt, and said I ordered a coffee muffin, she responds "oh, it was a coffee roll;" what's the difference...you forgot my order! She was the one who waited on me! Yesterday they told me to pull up and wait for my buttered muffin and after 5 minutes of not receiving my order I complained and asked where my order was and that it was only a muffin...they aren't under staffed, just poorly trained.
