El Encanto — Restaurant in Maryland

I called El Encanto to place an order, and from the start, the service was outstanding. The lady who answered the phone was incredibly helpful, especially since their menu offers so many options. When I arrived to pick up my order, I noticed how clean and welcoming the place was. The customer service was a perfect 10/10—everyone was lovely and attentive.

I wasn’t sure what drink to choose, and the lady recommended one that turned out to be absolutely delicious. As for the food, I ordered the Pupusas Locas, and they did not disappoint! The flavors were amazing, and everything tasted fresh and authentic.

Such bad service i called to order and they had my order messed up for them to be nagging and give me an extra 20 min which i would not stand for and it’s not the first time. I’ve gone before and asked for my drinks to be large and all they did was put it in a big cup and add extra ice. Last time i’ll be here and i’ve been clients of them...
