Subway — Restaurant in Maryland

Well, I should go with my guts again.

First step in and I felt like the sign where it says that they don’t take coupons was like a slap in my face.

Funny that nationwide the Subway commercial announce the codes, discounts and special prices.

As soon I walked in, I had a paper with coupons and a lady immediately said “we don’t take coupons” I said well, how can I miss that if it’s right in your face when you walk in. So I grabbed my cell to che k for an online coupon and she insisted “we don’t take coupons” I should walk away. BUT I didn’t.

I started placing my order and when she took my subs from toaster, I saw a fly 🤮 have a blast over the lettuce.

So I just added almost nothing and left.

I emailed to corporate, and apparently, whoever is the owner replied me. I emailed him back with photos and videos and never ever heard back. I guess, that shows the bad customer service.

I do not recommend. I’ll continue going where my subs might be more expensive but so tasty and always...

3 stars because the sandwich was good. But the staff wasn’t welcoming. We weren’t greeted at the door. And the older Indian lady was rude, didn’t give me time to look at the menu. She threw my sandwich down. And then when older male was checking me out, she stood there giving me dirty looks. Staff needs to be nicer. If you don’t like your job get a new one. I’m just saying.

I come to the location a lot cause it close to my job. The staff is super rude, always have an attitude. Never been greeted with a smile or even a hello. They make sandwiches very sloppy, I asked for sauce on the side & they didn’t even close the lid all the way and spilled in the bag and which made my sandwich hit the ground. I’m so livid. I work in the building and have been let down several times by this subway. Definitely different from other subways. I watched the manager one time make a scene and embarrass a customer whose card declined and I ended up paying for her because she looked like she was about to cry. The way he talks to his female employees is degrading. Most of the time I get a sub it’s not that full and the bread is stale. Today I tried to use a coupon and the lady laughed and said they never accept coupons. I told them they should put up a sign so customers aren’t surprised and can be made aware and she laughed.
