Good Times Crab House — Restaurant in Maryland

Poor customer service and lack of integrity. We came in and placed our order yesterday for 12:00 and instead of having integrity to tell us they don't open until 12:00 and our order would be ready at 1:00. The person who took the order wrote 1:00 on the order ticket when we requested 12:00 noon. When we arrived at noon they were just letting customers in. We had to wait an hour for an order that we placed yesterday. We explained that the employee didn't say that the store didn't open until 12 and the order wouldn't be ready until 1:00. Then once we received our order that was supposed to be #1 male crabs, they were all medium crabs with only 3 large crabs and it was supposed to be a mixture of medium and large for what we ordered and the amount of money we spent. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO DO BETTER. I purchased a dozen & a 1/2 of medium females today (7/13/24) Out of all the 18 crabs I had, maybe 1 decent tasting/texture one. The rest tasted old & rotten. When I place an order I always specify that I want FRESH STEAMED CRABS, because I can tell the difference, and this place of business think you don’t! I’ve given Good times crabs too many chances! Y’all know these crabs aren’t fresh! Most crab places would be honest & tell you the true quality of the crabs up front.. that’s good business.. but this place isn’t! Came to this location for the 3rd time today because the crabs were good the first 2 times I came. Today I came and ordered my crabs the girl at the front told me it would be 20 mins, I came back in 10 mins sat for another 10 mins then the person asked me did I order, I told them I already ordered. He went and grabbed my bag of crabs. My crabs were cold as if they were sitting there for maybe a hour. When I asked them could they give me fresh crabs being as tho I just paid over 100.00 they offered to reheat my crabs and give me 1 extra crab for the inconvenience. I will never come to place ever again.
