Rice Express — Restaurant in Maryland

Extremely disappointed. I found hair in my food. I've been coming here for years. Although they refunded me, offered to make me another order, and were apologetic in person. I can't help but to be annoyed at the fact, how they told me they had a problem with someone lying before to get free food. Like as a long time customer, I would lie about something like this???!! And, then they made statements to me about "how it couldn't be anyone in their kitchen whose hair it was". Who would the hair belong to way at the bottom of the container then???!!! Be for real!!!! I should not have to tell them how to treat me as a customer. I expected better treatment/ response. Your employees need to wear hair nets and gloves when preparing food for customers and things like this would not happen. There should have been accountability!!!! That is why I am posting this. I will never come back here again, just because of the way they handled it. I did not feel that the apologies...

This was probably the worse pork fried rice I’ve had. No lie. I’m even more upset bc I figured a place with “rice” in the name would have great rice soooo I ordered a large with extra pork. There are little burnt black pieces, hard rice which the soy sauce wouldn’t even stick to, and a mix of old and new pork pieces. .. you can tell the pork is old bc it’s stiff and like a burgundy color. The rice has a very strange fish oil taste… tooo...

Have went there several times and left each time before placing order. Woman at the counter is always on the phone with what seems like a personal call. Waited several minutes while she talked and laughed with her phone pal. I left.

Came back a week later same exact thing happened. She never even acknowledged my presence. I wont be going back i dont care how good the food might be i would rather go somewhere...
