The girl tonight made my smoothie, first time I said no turninado, she added so much, I turned around and brought it back, She then said that she can make it over but I can’t get any of the supplements I paid for during the first transaction, that’s where the argument started 😂 you can’t make this up. then she made it again and added bananas after I said I didn’t want that either, I can’t back in and said did you add bananas again, she smirked and said no as if I wouldn’t notice. So now, the manager came to me and tried to hand me the phone to talk to someone to say I can’t get my money back, I can’t believe this location because in my opinion they make the best smoothies outside of STEVENSON UNIVERSITY location and had somewhat of decent customer service. I will not be back, the treatment was insane! I am super good on the CUSTOMER SERVICE PART. So as I just waited for a refund of 11.84 the same guy on the phone said (he’s on speaker) tell her that we will not give her back her money next time she orders a smoothie from here. I said I won’t be back to this location because your level of customer service sucks the manager in person said okay okay and shunned me away with his hands, I’d never spend my money here again as I looked at the receipt it says 11.64 not the 11.84 I spent. To whoever that was on the phone remember you’re in MY COUNTRY and clearly you need to SHOW SOME RESPECT to me patronizing your business. You have poor customer service/ownership...
