Liberty Seafood — Restaurant in Maryland

I purchased a dozen of crabs for $50.00 on 6/21. 8 of my crabs were bad. Normally I get great crabs from liberty crabs. I brought the crabs back to get some new replaced crabs, and the worker took them in the back, dumped seasoning on them and gave me back the same crabs. I left and I called back to speak to the manager. They rushed me off of the phone after I called twice. They finally told me to call back at 9pm or 10pm to reach the manager. This was the worse service I ever received. The manager is normally helpful and professional. The worker that assisted me was being smart and rude. He provided horrible service and I would advise everyone to check their crabs before they leave, so you won’t be wasting your money on this business. I've been buying crabs from here for a few years. They started off as a hit or miss spot for me. However, over the last year they have been very consistent. They tend to have specials on the smaller crabs, if you're into that sort of thing. I always buy the larger ones. The parking lot is congested because the crab spot shares a parking lot with a tobacco store, a check cashing place and a liquor store to the opposite side. The prices are reasonable but call before you go to avoid a half hour wait. They sell other foods such a corn, shrimp, and snow crabs. They do not sell deviled eggs or potatoes. I would like to give this place zero stars. The customer service is awful. The person taking orders is very rude. I called ahead to place an order. He hung up on me while I was talking. Then when I called back he says I wasn’t ready to order. I tell him I want large male dozen. I get to the place 45 minutes after I called. He puts in an order for large females. I corrected him and instead of apologizing for getting my order wrong he tells me to wait 20 minutes. Instead I waited 40 minutes for my order while I stood and watched other people get their order before me. When I asked for the manager he lies and says he doesn’t know him and doesn’t have a number for him. Very bad business. And I will...
