I hate giving a bad review to this place especially after having it being recommended to me for its Cheesesteak Subs. It has been decades since I've been to this sub shop and I must say I am disappointed. I probably had the worst cheese steak sub that I've ever had. The cheesesteak was not hot at all and that's just from carrying it from the store to the car. I got lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, American cheese, and fried onions on my sub. The meat was dry and I couldn't even taste the cheese on it. I heated it up in my toaster oven when I got home and added some more mayo and cheese just to make it edible. Note:I shouldn't have to do all that for a $13 sub. They have some changes to make before I go there again. They may do other things great, but cheesesteak subs is not one of them. I finally ended up adding oil to the 2nd half of the sub just to make it moist. There is more to add about why I was disappointed like the fact that they have no combo meals, but I will stop here. Read morePrices have gone up, but quality has gone down. A lot of their things do not taste the same. They have either gone with cheaper quality ingredients, or their vendors have changed from quality ingredients.
The workers seemed to be more occupied with having conversations with one another rather than actually working. They aren't the friendliest and move at turtle speed.
