It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Maryland

Placed an order, the order was wrong. Ordered 11 piece ranch wings with pineapple teriyaki sauce. We got 7 wings with no sauce and no seasoning. We asked to get our order fixed and they said they were too busy to fix it. Literally. This is what they said. We are now trying to get a refund but they are being so difficult. People give this brand a hard time because they are ran out of a major chain. It's hard to find a decent wing at a decent price in Maryland. This place hits the marks for both price and taste. Decent size and great selection of sauces and rubs. Are they a 10, no. But they are mostly solid. I say mostly because we've had a couple orders that were subpar, but those orders are increasingly rare.

Ordered through DoorDash as I was in from out of town. The order was completely wrong. Clearly it was not my order. Wrong quantity, wrong product, no sauces, wrong drink.

Called DoorDash to fix this and they said the restaurant told them they were too busy to make the order right.
