Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Maryland

We ordered almost $50 dollars worth of food for pickup. My husband went up there and was asked how he could be helped and he stated he made an online order under his name. The female employee handed him the bag. Trusting the staff he did not check the bag( our mistake). So then my husband went back up and our missing sub was just sitting on the counter. No one spoke to him apologizing or anything. Okay we can deal with that but then i open my wrap and it was completely wrong and soggy. I decided to call and speak to a manager. I explained first they forgot a sub and second they messed up our order. He then proceeded to blame my husband for taking the bag and I corrected him stating the female employee handed it to him. He was like well we were busy. He stated he would refund our money and it would take a couple days. The issue here is poor management & quality control. The manager was disrespectful playing the blame game and regardless how busy ..quality keeps the customers and upholds the brand name. Please provide better training for your managers...

Sorry, I don’t normally like to complain about restaurants. But today the girl running, the slicer was unprofessional! A gentleman in front of me ordered several sandwiches and they were dressing the sandwiches (RstBeef) Then she was starting to make mine (Italian ) and the gentleman in front of me that already ordered his sandwiches decided he wanted another one which was roast beef! She quickly took another roll of what he requested and started to slice roast beef and I stopped her and said wait, please do my meats first, She already had the cheese on my roll.I ordered Italian I did not want the roast beef on the slicer! She proceeded to tell me that she would wipe it off . Sorry, but you should’ve finished my sandwich and then made the other gentleman’s sandwich after you already had started mine ! I recently tried 3 sandwiches from here in 3 different dates and times and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. The sandwiches I ordered didn't live up to my expectations. The bread was stale and tasted like it had been sitting out for far too long. The fillings were bland and lacked flavor, leaving me with a rather unsatisfying meal. I had hoped for a much better dining experience, but this sandwich fell short of the mark. The employees were really friendly, and took my order's just fine. Not only was it not worth it because the food wasn't good, but also it was ridiculously expensive! Why am I paying $10 for a regular 7-inch sub with almost nothing in the middle! and Almost paid $40+ on 3 subs!
