The cashier is very unprofessional, rude, and aggressive. I think it’s shameful that many people have report him, yet he still works there. His problem-solving skills are terrible. Customers will ask him questions and he will obviously look annoyed and respond as such as if you just asked him the hardest questions the world. Very rude to people of color which is weird since he is one. Very professional to non people of color of course though so that should say a lot alone. He’s also super rude to his employees which is why he don’t have many plus he watches people as if the bar isn’t self serving. We know who he isn’t watching though. Besides him is the food. It’s a hit or miss, more-so the bar food. Many options but sometimes taste like they cooked food with frostbite on it which I don’t want him to take out on the staff. The staff is the best part, especially the older black man who cooks the warm food is super nice and kind and always smiles at you, as well as the younger hispanic lady. The cashier is the main problem and truly needs to be checked. A lot of people of color work in the building which are mainly black so it’s distasteful that you’re treated as less than at the place you work. This is the only food place in the building so imagine the extra-ness you have to go through to get food on your break elsewhere because it would be quite remedial to go back to a place where the owner/cashier treats people terribly. Of course, not all people go through this treatment, but I promise for the people who do hear them out and ask why weren’t I? What privileged do I have? When will it be my turn? Look how he response to the TRUE criticizing comments. Instead of taking the criticism he response in a negative way. Even if it’s just 1 comment you should take it to the head and really change. Being bitter, rude, and unprofessional to people, even young people is just insane to me and best believe I will be taking this further because it’s no coincidence that I have said the similar things others so who’s the real LIAR? Since that seems to be a word you throw around. Please believe this won’t be the final thing you hear. God bless you truly because you need it. Seek God because you need too. God doesn’t mean for people to treat others badly so your karma will not be pleasant. I don’t seek to harm you nor make you feel bad personally, just professionally. Improve before you continue to lose money as you said to me. You are losing money because the way you act, not any thing else. However, any enjoyment is quickly overshadowed by the conduct of the owner, who is both unprofessional and inappropriate. It’s disconcerting to watch him openly drool over a Caucasian customer. It creates an uncomfortable environment, especially for women, To make matters worse, his treatment of employees is appalling.
