I’ve been giving Caesars Pizza our business since they opened. My son wanted to go her to get pizza for his Birthday .Of all the places he chose Caesars. I've have noticed the kids working here always get orders wrong and stand around gossiping while a line of people wait and complain. I means its supposed to be and in and out grab your pizzas and go unless it’s a deep dish usually. However this time I have a specific complaint about an employee Dylan. We came in and had to wait around 40 min for that kid to make our pizza or place in oven. (The skinny kid looked like 16 out of high school) The girls asked him if he fulfilled my order and he shrug his shoulders and answered "I don't know and I don't care" The one girl just looked at us and disappeared. The other came back and said again sorry but he's getting it ready. Where like What! What kind of attitudes is that? We stood there and watch him smirk at us and defy the order. People came in made orders they waited a little and received their orders. While we continued to wait for pizzas that kept going out the door with other people. While Dylan refused to work on our order. The girl asked again did you put them in the oven or what? He shrugged again and said I don't care! She said you better put them in the oven already! Told us she said “ I’m sorry I don’t know what’s going on with him.” So I asked to speak to the Manager who happened to be Hispanic and told him what we and other people observed and he just said ok I’ll talk to him. Don't know what he said to him or if it was even related but the boy gave him a dirty look like who are you? You'd think the boy was the manager. So the girls got two of the pizzas from the oven gave to us while he seem to fiddle with the last pizza after pulling it out of oven. Who’s to say what he may have did to it as he gave the last grin to the girl and said here you go! If this how he treats the minority then how does he really feel working for one? Should be booted from this establishment and provide their employees proper training and behavior skills in...
Read moreThis evening we decided to order pizza. Your commercials always say there will be no wait and the pizza is hot and ready. I am curious what is considered ready. When we arrived there was a pine waiting. Some called ahead and they had pizza waiting for them to arrive. The rest of us foolishly believed the ads.
The rack was empty. I didn't mind waiting a short while but I did expect to actually get pizza that was cooked the whole way through. We ordered a plain cheese and a peperoni. Nothing special. I placed my order and paid. The person who took my money did not give me a receipt.
I got the pizza home and we sat down to watch a movie while enjoying the pizza. Well, that was the plan. The cheese pizza was ok for the most part. There were a few places where the dough hadn't cooked the whole way. It wasn't terrible so we decided to keep it and settle in. As we bit into the pepperoni pizza the dough was only 75 % cooked. There still a good portion of raw dough.
It was later than we usually eat. I didn't want to drive back to the store so we ate what we could and put the rest away. If we get hungry I will put it in the oven and finish cooking it here. That way I will know it is cooked.
This isn't the first time we had to wait for pizza. At least those were cooked. Why didn't you consider it is a weekend and there are many families who do movie night with the family. Schedule your staff accordingly or teach them how to distinguish a cooked pizza from dough with only the outer shell cooked.
I think I will think twice if I look in and see a line again. It probably means the pizza won't be cooked the whole way through. If I see the line again I will probably just have Pizza Hut or Dominoes deliver. It might cost me a bit more but I won't have to recoil it...
Read moreBrand new store and already had a bad experience. My co-workers and I had pre-ordered and pre-paid for 30 pizzas for a pick up time between 5-5:30 pm. We arrived at 5:34 pm and both of the girls at the front couter were eating when they greeted us. They actually had food in their mouths when they spoke to us! Then they claimed they called because they weren't sure if we were going to show up. Who pre-pays for 30 pizza's and doesn't show up?! They also claimed that they had sold some of our pizza's and they had to re make them because there were only 7 remaining. Now, do you think they really sold 23 of our pizza's in 4 minutes? We then asked to speak to a manager and spoke to someone named Will who was no help at all and said they can only keep the pizza's so long before they have to sell them... WE WERE 4 MINUTES LATE AND CLEARLY YOU DIDN'T WAIT ANY AMOUNT OF TIME AFTER 5:30 BEFORE SELLING THEM BECAUSE APPARENTLY YOU SOLD 23 OF THEM!!! The manager didn't even offer to remedy the situation in any way and we had to wait 20 minutes for the pizza's to be re-made and we ended up late to...
