NOT RECOMMENDED!

Unbeknownst to us, this business is associated with Katsouprinis Pizza which has a dastardly low rating. This company appears to put out its food under numerous different business names whenever it gets too many negative reviews and ratings which they consistently receive.

We ordered the Supreme Detroit Style Pizza which was advertised with onions, ground beef, mushrooms, green peppers, and pepperoni for $21.99. There are no size options for this style. In a 14" x 7" x 1.5" white cardboard pizza box, what we got was a 13" x 5" x 1-1/4" pizza cut into 6 pieces. The very thick dry bread-like chewy crust was doused...absolutely drowning...in mozzarella cheese (and not in a good way) and a large dollop of tomato sauce on top of the each square of pizza. Yes, you definitely and unfortunately read that correctly...a large dollop of tomato sauce on top of the cheese. Meagerly scattered were a few slivers of onion, a sprinkle of unseasoned tasting ground beef, possibly 9 slices of pepperoni on the entire pizza, about 10 small pieces of green pepper, and almost no mushrooms. It wouldn't have mattered if there were more ingredients because the pizza was drenched in mozzarella cheese, oil and tomato sauce. All you could possibly taste was those three ingredients.

The pizza was sitting on what appeared to be parchment paper that had adhered to the cheese. We spent a few minutes peeling away the paper so we could consume the pizza without that fiber addition. This was a horrendous eating experience. The pizza was disgusting and oozing of oil from the mozzarella cheese. We made a concerted effort to eat the pizza, but after peeling paper off the bottom of the slice, we proceeded to remove large chunks of mozzarella. We could only eat part of one square each and then threw away the rest of the pizza. What a disappointing experience and a waste.

AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COST! TAKE YOUR GOOD HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!

This company is the most disgusting I have ever encountered ! I ordered directly from their website and they sent me a pizza almost 2 hours later. The pizza was freezing !

I’ve contact the restaurant not even to ask for a refund just do get a new pizza Because I been working many years myself and know that things happened.

Instead of saying sorry the guy that working there was sooo rude and hang up the phone on my twice ! Telling me that I have ordered throw 3party

But all the orders from their website going with a 3 party so this is a nice trick of company that don’t want to take responsibility and roll it over. I have asked the rep in the restaurant that the lady can come and take the pizza just refund me the money if you don’t want to give me any other choice, as a normal company that will send a new pizza like for what I’ve paid for ! They told me in the restaurant that they cannot approve refund I called the 3 party and she then telling me that they need to call the company to get approved.

So easy to roll the blame one to under The company work with a company that hired Uber and I am just waiting for a nice pizza.

I don’t know who they hired but to hang up on costumers twice because he don’t know what to do in a case someone complains.
