I had placed an order for delivery and it took an hour for my food to arrive which doesnāt make sense since the location is near my house and not too far. Anyways, as I heard a knock on my door it was the delivery man and he asked me to sign my name on the receipt. As I was signing my name, he flat out says with a sort of a snarky attitude ānext time you decide to order food make sure you let us know where exactly to drop it off because I knocked twice upstairs and I didnāt want to keep bothering the manā so I said āI did write a note online stating exactly where to drop off my foodā I even have proof as well but he seemed to not believe me and just kept saying to write a note next time. Iām like whatever with his horrible customer service and flat out rudeness, I shouldnāt have left him a tip. This place needs to seriously really work on their customer service because thatās something theyāre really lacking. Makes me not want to order from this...

If you're web app is location based and it makes the selection of the nearest eatery, you should uphold your delivery to my home. An order placed at 4:30pm this afternoon never showed. I started calling around 5:45pm to hear "yes, it's on the way!" When by 6:30pm, two hours after ordering, the delivery driver had not yet arrived, I called again. An endless loop of waiting for my call to be answered. I called back several times and finally reached someone at 7:00pm. This person indicated that my order was cancelled because I do not live within 5 miles. Well I hate to tell you, folks, but I do. And your app indicates so. No indication that the order was cancelled and quite frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if my credit card remains charged for the order I placed. Terrible customer...
