McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

This McDonald’s out of all the McDonald’s in Columbia is the worst! I am a delivery driver and a lot of us avoid this McDonald’s for this very reason! They slow, and you end up have to cancel your order because they spent too much time on the drive-through! Trying to get someone attention to give you an order that is already been packed up and ready to be delivered. But they ignore you walk right past you and don’t ask you can I help you!

On October 4, 2022 I called DoorDash after waiting almost 30 minutes for an order that was already packed up ready to go! The girls in there ignored me refused to acknowledge me and the gentleman at the cash register just kept on taking orders and wouldn’t walk back there and check for my order! I watch them talk and do everything but asked me for the number that I was waiting on for my order! I saw her when she packed the bag put the receipt with the number on the outside of the bag and set it to the side! I said hey that bag is for me she continuously bagging food for the drive-through and ignored me! The guy at the cash register heard me but just kept ignoring me as well! After being frustrated I walked out got in my car and call DoorDash, DoorDash tried calling the store but no one picked up the phone so DoorDash canceled the order. They need to send someone from corporate because this is not the first time and it surely won’t be the last, they’re unprofessional! I feel sorry for the customers because they have no idea how bad the store is when it comes to getting your DoorDash or...

WORST McDONALDS EVER!!! I went to this location 3 times in a week and a half for coffee and 1 time I got food and each and every time they messed up the order. I had to repeat the order 5-10 times because they don't actually listen to something so simple. I was there yesterday and once again they screwed up my coffee and I heard the girl make a comment about messing up the order and a male coworker told her to hide it. They looked over and clearly saw that I was looking at them because I heard what they said. The girl walked away and I thought she was fixing the coffee but when I got in the car I discovered she game me the one she messed up and I had to throw it away. 3 straight visits and 3 orders thrown away. The incompetence of the staff is astounding so unless you want to throw your money away go to a differ McD's. There are several within 2 miles or so, and the one in Kings Contrivance on Gullford Rd and the one on Dobbin by the Wal Mart are much better options. I already informed corporate McDonalds and got some canned generic response so neither this location nor McD's corporate care about the poor service & food, but the paying customers do so this is...

I just went to get my kids McDonald's ONLY because they saw the window that showed a Minecraft toy. With the Pic of the toy it says order one or the other. Sooo, naturally I thought if I ordered one of those pictured meals that is pictured with the toy that we would recieve the toy. I ordered saying I wanted the Minecraft movie meal. The lady was RUDE. BEYOND RUDE. VERY SHORT AND WHEN I PAID I TRIED TO MAKE SURE I ORDERED THE RIGHR THING AND SHE BRUSHED ME OFF AND SAID NEXT WINDOW. at the next window I asked if this included the toy as in the picture. From the back the same women, who appeared to be management, was loud in saying no, that just advertised the movie. No one said anything to me at the window and just walked around inside like I wasn't even there. Will absolutely NEVER go back to this location and will encourage others to do the same. It was such unnecessary rudeness. If she had just said that the stupid ass toy didn't come with it when I asked when ordering I would have just not ordered and been on my way but she was rude from the jump. Pissed I gave them any...
