2nd review: I vowed to never return, but I didn't feel like going through more than I had to this time.
hey... whoever that young man working on 3/6/25 around the 5 o'clock hr is... he deserves way more than whatever he's getting. Appreciate you. he seemed to be the only one working and he was knocking orders out. super busy, but efficient and courteous.
i wasn't acknowledged when i walked in although i eventually made eye contact with the person preparing the orders. understanding that he's preparing orders, i knew it would be a wait. noticed another person sitting straight ahead, face in phone. proceeded to excuse myself multiple times just for him to ignore me and yell back to the person preparing orders. person preparing orders states that he knows and will be up shortly. still, in this 3-4 minutes, i have not officially been acknowledged. like, i literally walked into this store and was dumbfounded that there was seemingly no one around. person in back on phone, presumably on break, disappears. finally person prepping orders comes to assist. mind you, I'm there to pick up an order that's already ready and in the wait oven. would've been unexpected of me to walk back and retrieve my already paid for (and tipped) order myself. could've saved 8 minutes of my time though. this establishment charges more than the much better establishments in my area, which i will never cheat on again. all for the worst service I've ever received at a pizza hut. go figure.
oh! also... this has never happened before with any other pizza I've ever received, but...! some of the pizza slices were actually stuck to the box. it was a struggle to pull them up and they separated while attempting to. someone told me that the dough may not have been cooked all the way. the taste was okay though. bottom line... this was my second time at this establishment and I'd clearly choose another option if it came down to ever considering this location again.

Read moreI had the absolute worst experience tonight. I ordered through the app, and 30 min later they texted me and said my order was out for delivery. Which I though wow that was fast. So 40 minutes later, I get a text from door dash saying Pizza Hut is using them to deliver my order. I was confused because of the last text. So I called and someone told me it was still there and waiting on a driver. Finally at 7:45pm, the driver was on the way to me. He arrived at 8pm, and my order was incorrect. I was missing my two drinks, and my hot and saucy boneless wings. I asked the driver where’s the rest of my order. He says “that’s all they gave me “. So now I’m calling back, very irritated, and NOBODY ANSWERS. I continued to call several more times and still no answer. I ended up calling 9 times before calling customer service to complain. Afterwards I called 6 more times and still no one answered. This is so unprofessional. As a reputable business, they should have better systems in place to handle errors and such. Not just ignore the callers. At this point I just want a full refund so I can order somewhere else. But sadly customer service said it will take 3-5 business days before someone can handle my complaint. This is just ridiculous. Pizza Hut needs better...
Read moreConsistently every Friday night some big problem come around and they shut off ordering all night. One night it’s no bread, then no cheese, then the whole system has shut down. Either Job himself runs this place or they’re making some excuse so they don’t have to work. I called to address this problem when my order was mysteriously cancelled for some reason. The girl who answered just kept saying the system is down over and over. I told her I didn’t buy that because it was every Friday night there some problem and asked it she was the manager. She said yes. She just kept insisting the system was down. I asked to speak to the next level up. Now suddenly she’s the general manager. She kept repeatedly interrupting and wouldn’t let me get a word in edgewise. I asked to speak to her boss. She refused to put him on the phone and hung up on me. When I called back, she immediately put me on hold and wouldn’t answer. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. If there continues to be a disaster that makes you incapable of taking orders once a week, this branch will close. Everyone will go to another Pizza Hut or another chain entirely. I strongly recommend you deal with the staff’s issues including this”general manager”...
