I was hosting a birthday party at my daughter's school that is nearby. Over the past 5 years, I have purchased several school lunches for my kid's classroom parties (catering for 30-50 people at a time) at this location. This year I called ahead to confirm a few things because my daughter was having a Little Mermaid themed party at school. The person who picked up the phone could barely carry a conversation, couldn't answer any of my questions, gave me the wrong information, and I ultimately went somewhere else. This other location was also unable to give me the right information (seems to be a trend here) but I digress. However, I came to this location afterwards and I asked the supervisor who was working on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 11am, if I could have 1 paper happy meal box with the little mermaid design since it was my daughter's birthday and the other location ran out. That supervisor gave me the most incredulous/smug look and said no. I practically begged her for just 1 box after purchasing 20 happy meals from a different location because her staff was unable to answer a few questions over the phone. I had no choice but to purchase ANOTHER happy meal from this location to obtain a measly cardboard box that ended up in the trash just to make my daughter's birthday a little extra special.
To that supervisor: You and your staff caused me unnecessary stress that entire morning. I am a paying customer who expects at the minimum decent interactions/customer service and basic information. I am so thankful that my kids are leaving this area and we do not have to come back to this location and deal with this supervisor and her incompetent...
Read moreI went in at 11:53 and there were a few people in line so they were kind of rushing because they were closing at midnight.. but considering that they weren't rude about it and they didn't mess anything up. I was trying to use a deal off the McDonald's app and it would not let me because at 12:02 it said this location is closed on my phone.. That is not McD's fault (that location, maybe corporate's fault) BUT THERE SHOULD BE A WAY FOR THE COMPUTER TO OVER RIDE STUFF LIKE THAT, FOR THE APP SHOULDN'T HAVE TO BEGIN WITH. THEY DON'T KNOW THE SITUATION AND THAT THERE WAS A LINE FOR THEM TO SAY THE LOCATION IS CURRENTLY CLOSED. OR AT LEAST THEY SHOULD LEAVE LIKE A 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, IT WAS IRRITATING! Then, I clicked on another deal because that original one took so long because it was pick up from a mobile order only so when I went to click on something else it said I already used the deal that hour so I had to wait for the 58 minutes. I know those are the rules.. BUT I DIDN'T GET ANY DEAL, I DIDN'T CONTINUE AND CASH OUT TODAY MOBILE ORDER, WTFF? So I was irritated and just settled on a large fries but the manager completely made up for the situation.. they were closed it was 12:15am, and there were only two of us in there.. not only did she get smarter than a lot of managers do but just under in general because I'm sure a lot have thought about it and just don't do it.. she put the original sandwich I had wanted through the deal in the bag because it was there and would have gotten thrown in the trash anyway. Read moreMcDonald’s mobile ordering app says that they are open from 6 AM till 12 AM Sundays. I placed an order went up to the door. The door was locked at 11:30 somebody in there saw me standing at the door. I waved to them and they chose to ignore me so I called asked for the order to either be completed or canceled because I’ve already been charged and it won’t let me cancel it on my end because it says the order has already been started. Whoever answered the phone Spanish lady at around 11:50 PM was extremely extremely rude for absolutely no reason. I simply just wanted my order to be canceled and I’ll go to a different location. It wasn’t that big of a deal and I asked her about the hours in the app and if my order had already been started, could I please just pick it up and she continually kept talking over me telling me we close at 11. It’s been that way forever then hung up on me.
